Cold StoneSo weve always spotted this place at Viviana mall and have wanted to try. Finally got a chance to pay a visit on Christmas. We tried their Cheesecake ice cream. It is very different as compared to other ice creams we generally eat. A very unique flavour and a soft melt in the mouth texture. We also tried their Cake and Shake milkshake. Nice and thick shake, which makes you feel like youre having a cake itself. It was served in a handy and easy to use shaker. Absolutely loved the concept and taste! Very eager to try more items from their menu.

The icecream just melts in the mouth and the signature creations are just worth a try. Peanut butter cup perfection would be a treat for people who are crazy about peanut butter!

Wanted to have some chocolate shake and icecream sl order from this place.1. Chocolate Shake : The chocolate shake was thick and was tasting very good.2. Chocolate Devotion : This icecream was having some choco chip in it and was good.3. Fudge Browine Batter Icecream: This was chocolate with Browine in it and the combination was very good.

Food - ice creams are really good . Totally A+ quality and teste. You can try rasmalai with almond , coffee with sneakers and pan also .Ambiance - okokPrice - very heavy range . 3 ice cream approx rs 450 . Its at higher side . I know its quality but still high range

This is a newly opened dessert parlour in Viviana Mall. This place is hard to miss since its perfectly located in the main atruim right behind the malls information desk, making it quite easy to spot. I decided to try their promotional offer for starters to get a basic idea about their flavours and serving standards. However, to my disappointment they have extremely poor and bad customer service, atleast at this branch. Dont deserve even a single star. While I came to try their ice-cream for the first time on their launch day, their staff made sure this was my last visit as well and I left without my ice-cream since they werent even interested in taking my order. While I was greeted with a to-hell-with-you expression, probably due to the rush with around 5-6 customers waiting to place their order. Their staff is rather rude and cant handle the customers well. My patience was tested and after waiting for good 15 minutes, still no one even cared to aleast attend or listen. Here, you have to first place your order by personalizing your cold stone ice-cream and then head to the cash counter to pay your dessert charge based on your customization. Imagine if youre already handed over your ice-cream, youll either end up melting it or forced to consume it before making your payment! Leave alone the freeloaders who might even discreetly slip away, thanks to this code of conduct! Yet another thing that bothers me is their weird and ankward serving size names which are not just rather difficult to remember, but also rather confusing. The price is ofcourse on the higher side compared to the competition, but few of their select Signature Creations are worth the price paid. Keep this attitude going and Im sure I will be seeing a new eatery in your place in the nearest future because definitely you are going to end up losing the customer base. Sorry to be so rude, but please mind it!

My all time Favourite ice cream totally worth it

Visited here on a Sunday eve and the place was moderately crowded. There were many options to choose from including icecreams, cakes and shakes. We can also pick our favorite flavours and add customised toppings. The best part is that they prepare it in front of us which is quiet satisfying to watch.3 different sizes of scoops available in plain waffle of chocolate waffle cones or waffle bowls too. Also, they have some signature icecream flavours too.I ordered:1. Mud pie mojo:This one was an ultimate combination of different flavours bursting in every bite. I opted for a chocolate waffle cone. The base was coffee icecream, mixed with peanut butter, fudge, roasted almonds, cookies, and topped with oreo. Absolutely loved the combination.Rating: 5/5, Highly recommended.2. Berry berry berry Good:This one too was in a chocolate waffle cone. The base was sweet cream icecream. It was a mixture of different berries including blue berries, strawberries and raspberries. It had a sour tangry taste with a sweet base. Berry lovers must absolutely go for this one!Rating: 5/5The ambience is warm with nice comfortable seating. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Service is great too.A good place for midnight sweet cravings with family/friends/kids.

Always wanted to try their ice cream. Finally got a chance today at Viviana Mall Thane, however my lil daughter was sleeping in my arms. Sapna More who works at this outlet spotted me and immediately came to take my order. She helped me in selecting the flavor I like and informed me about the various options I have to enhance the flavor and experience. The taste was amazing and I must say that they are absolutely customer centric. Special thanks to Sapna and the other staff members for your wonderful service.

Its really good experience with tha coldstone creamery.....Ill try apple pie colstone its a really good combination with french vanilla ice cream which is suggest by the mr.shubham.....i loving it .. out side weather is to hot....this is the right place to cool down you whole body..

Average taste and expensive.We tried the option of two flavours in one Ice cream. Unfortunately had to argue at the Billing counter to get the correct Bill amount. Beware of billing accuracy ⚠️

Good icecreams. Lot of variety and combinations to pick from. But the staff needs to be trained on working with the cold stone. They dont even clean/clear the ice that has formed on the stone before making icecreams on it.

Lets begin with the good things:1. Location- easy to locate at the entry area of the mall.2. Cold stone- something unique for Indian audiences.3. Unique flavours ! Rabdi and cheecake was yum !4. The cone was actually crunchy ! HahaNow the bad part:1. Definitely not the way Cold Stone creamery actually prepares the ice creams in US. Training maybe ? The staff just mixed and almost diluted the entire ice cream on the cone.2. Price- Didnt really feel the price was justified for the single scoop. For that price I can get a brick icecream in Amul or Dinshaws and probably prepare a mix at home :)3. Maybe the sizes- 3 sizes are good, but the scoops..not so much.4. Taste was okayish, nothing out of the ordinary. Ive had better ones in lesser price!5. The one scoop got over so fast, didnt feel like I had a yum dessert.Final Verdict: Nah for me ! Wanted to try it once and thats done. Not going back.

Its fun to watch it especially in their outlets in US, staff here seems to be less experienced and may take some time to trained... The quality and test was something different and unique, loved it... Overall hospitality was good

Coldstone Creamery is an amazing place located at Viviana Mall Thane. It is at the ground floor infront of the entrance only. They have varieties of desserts and beverages too which are too good in quality too. The service is very prompt and the staff is amazing. The staff are enthusiastic and they keep on cheering which is so much fun. Their ambience is too good. They have very good seating too. Tried with Cheesecake Fantasy, Chocolate Indulgence, Mint Ice Cream, and Cappuccino. Loved it, they were too good. Must try.

The possible combinations are endless as they’ve huge spread of toppings n Icecream flavours as well.Coffee LoversThis was so amazing. Coffee icecream was stoned with caramel sauce, roasted almonds and snickers. Very yummy.Berry berry berry goodThis was okay okay as the berries were a bit sour.The prices are on the higher side but the variety and quality is good.

Opened just a couple of days ago. Located on the ground floor of Viviana Mall, youll be able to spot the place right after you enter through the main entrance. I ended up trying a bunch of their Signature Creations.Oreo Overload - This was a huge miss for me. Plain ice-cream with some pieces of Oreo, and even fewer chocolate chips. The menu mentioned fudge, but there was no fudge whatsoever. This ended up tasting really bland. Could be improved.Berry Berry Berry Good - The base was the same one used in Oreo Overload; Sweet Cream Ice Cream. For some reason, this base tasted bland and not sweet. The contains Raspberries, Blueberries, and Strawberries. The combination of the berries tasted really good. Every bite will give you a distinct taste, but overall a decent one.Cookie Mintster - Mint Ice-Cream base with Oreos and fudge. The mint ice-cream was just perfect, not to strong in the aspect of flavour. Loads of Oreos mixed in, but the fudge seemed almost negligible. Could be balanced better.Chocolate Devotion - This is an overload of chocolate. Chocolate ice-cream, fudge, choco chips, and brownie, all mixed together. Overall this was good, no complaints.Now coming to my personal favourites.Apple Pie A La Cold Stone - Imaging having an Apple Pies cold version. This was just perfect. Each and every element of the ice-cream worked together. The pie crust, apple pie filling, and the caramel. The hint of cinnamon in every bite is just perfection. Highly recommended and will come back for this one.Cheesecake Fantasy - Loved the cheesecake ice-cream that was used as a base. The strawberry and blueberry compote naturally tasted more sweet and not because of sugar. A hint of sourness was there. The pie crust they are using is one of the best toppings I have come across. If you love cheesecakes, you should go for this one.The price is a little bit higher compared to other brands, but some of their Signature Creations make it really worth it.

I had mint milk chocolate and chocolate overload and I liked mint milk chocolate more. But the price is really high for the quantity served.

Their creation ice creams are horrible as their roll machine is not cold enough. I was served melted ice cream and he didn’t even mix it well. One of the worst outlets of cold stone.
