A very good shopping experience if you looking for a reasonable bargain for quality and trend. Also the staff there is very welcoming and friendly and has a good taste for suggestions according to customers. A staff named Shandesh Salunkhe was very helpful full and was a great host. He had the right knowledge of his products and suggest good garments and was very impressed with his service and knowledge of his job. If you ever visit and are looking for some right suggestions plz look for him. He certainly will not leave you unsatisfied. He is an asset to the company.

At least sitting arrangements for atleast 4-6 persons could have been arranged for elderly persons in such a big outlet while they move for purchasing from one end to other with their family members. I am an elderly of 71 & felt very much tired while spending 3 1/2 hrs. Inside Westside.

Worse experience. At the time of billing staff wsbusy in talking. Gave 1 pant for alteration, they told us to Collect on next day , which was altered v badly, unequal in length. Than told us to come again on third day. Wen v asked for any contact no, they provided “out of order” numbers. Nobody sincerely doing their work. V spent conveyance charges two times.

One of the three shops operating in the R Mall is plus point. No crowd. But the staff has become a little tardy and careless at the billing counter. On a purchase of clothes worth 30K, the billing staff missed on one dress in the process of billing and packing. All because they have are busy trying to promote add ons like membership card or items kept billing desk. The billing counters are empty and yet they miss out on billing is quite unacceptable.

It is gr8 place to shop, but as always sizes are not available most of the time

I like this place for decorative items as well for appearals.

Westside is always very good to buy descent cloths with quality and variety....But the asked me to give review and they will add ₹399/- (on 17 Sep)as redeem point on next purchase within month...When went to purchase on end of same month and asked about discounts they started to make story that you should get msg and then only u will get discount...In short though it is nice place for purchase dont waste time in giving any review....

R Mall, which hosts this Westside store, is under renovation. So currently you may find it less crowded. Westside has good clothing collection of variety of brands.

I went to this place in rush to get something quickly for someone. This store is having awesome clothing. Somehow I got the best of all the dress of my earlier purchases.
