Its among most popular places in viviana mall for shopping... its located in front of the entrance... it has men, women,kids section... changing rooms are in good numbers... pricing of products is also value to money... Quality also good... they sell accessories also... Service at this store food...

They have limited there stock to size UK 16, which makes it hard for the plus size shoppers although it is available online.

Clothes of course are good. The over all customer service and the staff of hm really is the worst I’ve ever seen. Also since when do H&M started asking people to fold the clothes after trying ?? And it’s ok if customers fold the clothes.. but do you guys even take efforts to fold them when the purchase is made? They just put it in a bag like it’s trash and give it you!

Quite a large space. Love the collection.They have a womens kids and mens section.Their collection is quite affordable and not on the pricy side. You will definitely love the store and the clothes. Quality is amazing.

Very happy to see H&M in Thane, store got a good response on opening day .its good place for shopping but for man we need few more variety of clothes as available stock/variety is less .yes but for ladies they have very much variety.

Quite big compared to other outlets of h&m in mumbai. It has a women, mens and kids section also. Accessories stuffs are also good here and not crowded usually. Collection of h&m are always trendy and are at a best price which makes them different from other brands and its one of the reason why people prefer h&m over other brands.

Two of the male staff who I approached with a question, came across a bit unreasonably rude! I have been shopping at H&M worldwide, tho this was the only outlet I had this unpleasant experience, hope you guys work on there customer service.
