I always heard that SC Bank is most professional but everytime I visit Hiranandani Meadows Branch, they make me realise that it is the worst branch in terms of service. They always have shortage of employees or someone always on leave. They really dont care about the customer and their valuable time. The worst part is their security guard, he dont know anything and shows so much of attitude. I would surely not recommend to anyone to open bank account in Hiranandani Meadows Branch.

Worst people ever met in my life. Specially the branch manager, Reshu Sharma, the most manipulative person you will ever see. They can just fool people on the name of the policy and no system of giving back their money. Rude staff. I still wonder a lady with no ethics who made her branch manager. She can just fool u with her words. Who ever comes across her, dont go by her sweet words. She can easily screw your money in name of some fake policy and these people wont even care to give you your hard earned money back. 25+ years i have account with standard chartered but i must say the staff earlier was awesome but now its pathetic or even worst than that.

Very rude staff no customer service no support at all. They always blame customers. Dont prefer this bank for any account openings. Yes i have experience also last 2 years credit card transaction issues every time falss entry and cant understand his balance sheet also.

1) I have salary account with Standard chartered since 2015. Everything went well till I left my job. When I was choosing the bank for my salary account, they told me its a lifetime zero account balance kind of account while after leaving the job I came to know the minimum balance is 25K. I spoke with them and they told me the rules are changed now. I have 10 years of experience and have had account in almost all the banks, no company does that. They promised me that the account would be zero balance and now asking me to keep minimum balance of 25000 Rs.2) They do any transaction without taking my approval e.g. they pre closed one of my emi without my consent. The customer care executive takes almost half an hour to understand the issue and I have to call again and again to fix it.3) I have titanium card which is chargeable but it was free for me because of my salary. I was almost forced to take it and I took it because it was free. I was charged for this card two years despite having stated in an email that it’s free for me. When I called customer care service they denied it being free and I finally got resolution when I sent email to concerned team with the screen shot, even this team did not agree it being free without the screen shot. Guys, if they tell you any services please keep the proof or else they themselves will forget what promises they have made.4) The customer care executive cut the call when I requested for credit card cancellation.

Arrogant staff. Not responsive. Had gone to cancel the credit card said you call the customer care and Ill see what they say. Started to fidget with the drawer while she was on a call. Go elsewhere. Hdfc or icici very prompt and courteous.Dont want to name the employee out here.

Good bank with cooperative staff. The bank is safe and you can rely upon.Its very very old international bank.

Worst bank in private sector. Do not ever open your account here. Go for HDFC or any other cooperative bank

Do not keep any relationship with this bank at any cost.They will make mistake during transaction & then tell, you agreed to terms & conditions while filing up the form.Moreover the waiting time for any query is like about an hour.Even Public sector banks works faster than these people.Avoid.

Standard Chartered, a bank with no solutions only problems. Worst in customer service, inter departmental collaboration and information exchange, and basic updation of systems. Customer Service cant help, Branch executives do not have updated information and to all who are reading this, DO NOT OPEN A SALARY ACCOUNT AT STANDARD CHARTERED BANK.

Seeing no response to other negative reviews from the bank I’m quite sure that this review will also go unnoticed. But I’ll still go ahead and write what has been my experience with this branch of StanC.It’s been close to a month now and my KYC is still not complete from bank’s end. I’ve been trying to call the branch for over a month now (almost every alternate day) and not even once my call was received.I would suggest you rename this particular branch of StanC as “Standard not Chartered”.

Very rude staff and very bad environment inside bank. All employees are very arrogant. I had visited bank to reactive my account, I had submitted all required documents but after six months my account stil deactivate.

The person standing at the entrance initially told me Adhar updation is available but when he came to know that I do not have a bank account he denied saying Adhar updation cannot be done
