Really Third class bank and service... I am unable to understand how a current account holder also getting worst service.No efficiency, no coordination, false commitment, no time management, etc...Dont open account in this bank.. or else u will see ur self fool... For your own money...

I have an account in this branch. Staff is comparatively slow and lazy. Some people are really helpful. Some staff members are use mobile while working and some dont even talk properly. Bad thing is here this branch dont have cash deposit machine and this is really bad. Passbook is never available in this branch. Hope after reading this review manager will help at least for cash deposit machine as soon as possible. I was talking to the satff regarding that but no positive reply from you guys.

This branch is full of incompetent employees.I had issue to do transaction via Bhim app and Googal pay .hence it suggested me to approach bank.Initially I approached bank which were not allowing us to get in for long time and kept us waiting in sun.after uproar from customer they finally allowed us get in.I had discussed the issue with Mrs.Reshma Shetty she asked me to mail all details and I did it accordingly.I received their revert after long follow up that you have to wait for more than 4 days. Meanwhile all my transactions were stopped during such pendamic time.I had approached Assistant VP Miss.Manjula Nair, She was not even receiving calls . Hence I called to branch manager Tamanna Makhijani ,she assured the issue will be resolved within two days.but its still resolved as expected.During the period of time I came to know that my simple issue not cup of tea to them.After four days I received call from Mr.Abhishek Gupta who requested for two more days.but useless commitment as expected.Finally I opened the account in Axis bank and DNS bank and transfered all my funds.Im also determined to shut down my account and my brother business account instantly. Also to liquidate all my savings.Such big and notable PSB Is not giving services and claiming to be one of the best OSB bank.I am willing to escalate this issue up to top management of the bank.

Worst bank staff. No management process at all. No banker knows whats going onn. Worst experience. And worst management hdfc phadke road branch.

Only Online banking is good in hdfc.If we visit there Branch, then the real service comes. Always rush, no proper response from the branch.

One of the worst service, specially the staff in Dombivli branch. They misplaced my application and did nothing about that. Phone banking guys told they will arrange a call back but haventhavent received any call. Emailed last week but havent heard back from them yet. Just one word for this branch RIDICULOUS!!! If you want to open an account with them, they will treat you with utmost courtesy but after that if you need any service related help, you will get that at Mercy of God!!

Shameless,merciless & hopeless HDFC management who interviewed me at Aegis BPO .They made me wait for 5 hours on two different occasions.Interviewer did a lot of nice talks & acted as if he is very cool guy.But I got absolutely no update post interview what so ever despite he being aware that I have been HDFCs prime customer since literally a decade now.

Visited the branch for Aadhar update coz UIDAI site had their details in the Aadhar update center but they dont provide the service anymore. They told me to visit Gharda Circle branch to get the changes done.

Bank staff is very polite and helpful , they value customers time ,at desk miss swanat is very cooperative and helpful

Worst Branch! Nobody will bother to serve you unless they will earn some benefits from you (Getting a new Credit card/ Account). Applied my Add-On card request on 5th October Morning. After 1 hour got the blank form to apply and after numerous follow up I was able to submit that. After 15 days of submission, when I enquired in branch, nobody answered properly. Tried calling the lady who took my form, she blocked me. Phone banking team said they cannot see my application as it might have misplaced and they cannot provide anything on SMS or Email. When posted a review on Google, they replied within an hour with email I’d to register company but as usual no response on email so again wrote a review. Need Hdfc to at least confirm the receipt of my application.

Customers need to stand and fill forms. Even that space is ridiculously small. Wait in line to get a simple form is 20 mins!!!Review for branch only. HDFC bank is otherwise great.

Staff of this branch is arrogant.Staff members are mannnerless.They treat customers like beggars.Every staff members behave like they are the owner of this bank & behave like savkar (money lenders )of old hindi films.Worst staff & service.yuck

I keep standing for just a small query. Dis interested officials. Didnt expect such an experience.

I wanted a demand draft on urgent basis.They asked me for cheque inspite of having an account with HDFC bank. My cheque book was utilised and did not have any cheque. They were rigid to get a cheque & couldnt help me out . They could have debited my account directly without asking for a cheque. (Thats what they do when you request a DD through net banking or phone banking)

Less than 1 star, if thats the option!Why should one block his Rs.10,000/- as MAB here when you get the same third grade service in SBI at MAB of Rs.1000/-..

Kevel from personal loan team last few days not pickup my call i apply personal loan saturday but no any update from his side Worst Branch.

I went for current account opening, they asked for documents regularly, and finally they say that, it the work cant be done.Dont waste energy and money here.
