Located in east side ambernath railway station. Location is good in term of suitable to customer. People working in bank were good to me but many others said that they were un happy with the way bank staff behave. Still rating as 3 star org. Cash deposit machine is located outside of Branch. Not much crowd for use of this machine. Surprisingly you will find Passbook printing line quite long.

I know, if we are co oparative bank employees ever help us.

Very slow process of working. Long queue for passbook printing. And deposit also. Management staff is rude but some of staff is helpful in nature.

Many times the bank server is down. Long queues, people have to stand for many hours, senior citizens and pensioners suffer more. Very slow work. And always carry aadhar card and photo with you they can ask anytime when you go.

Worst place, no parking

If u are visiting this place keep extra 3-4 hours in your hand. No one has a clue which work is allocated to whom. Staff is excellent in making you run from one counter to another like a headless chicken. SBI carefully recruited rude, unprofessional and confused staff to serve people to best of their capability.

I have to stand for 1 hour and 30 mins as wanted to withdarw money from my account since my debit card is lost. The process is damn slow.Apart from it, atm are almost 80% out of service. Poor services and need lot of good managmanage aspecially on weekends.👎

One of the worst banks to have an account in. The world is so fast paced and this place struggles to keep up with it.

Cheques clearance is very slow as more than 1week,Parking facilities not available,So crowded...ATM sometimes working n sometimes not working...

The staff is slow working and you have to come multiple time here for your job to be done properly, this place is always crowded.

Muje 7000 urgent deposit karna tha but uder ka machine me problem tha or staff log ko bola to bolte hai uder counder me bolo

The place is small compared to the crowd, but the staff here seems ready for help. Many people who come here need help in things like filling forms and counting money and employees are seen helping them.
