I have joined her class a couple of weeks back and can already feel the difference.. So far its been a great experience.. Her sessions give out positivity and strength.. She has been really motivating and keeps trying to push our bodies to next level..

Smriti is a trained yoga practitioner. I have joined her class a couple of months back and enjoy each and every session with her. She goes the extra mile and makes sure that every yoga pose is perfect. She interacts personally with everyone in her class and makes sure that there is an improvement. Love the way she teaches as the classes are not monotonous and every class we learn something new.

Yoga with smruti mam is always fun. She gives personal attention to all her students and always motivates us to push our body and mind. My flexibility has increased and so has my strength; after joining her class. Also my sleep problems have reduced.Highly recommended.

I never really got what the big deal with yoga is until I joined Smruti maams class. It has been an eye opening experience personally. We never really realise our bodys potential and the benefits of it along with the decreased chances of major injuries. Joining her classes has not only helped me get fit, but also become strong mentally . Smruti maam has always been careful of her students injuries and problems and gives asanas and meditation exercises to help, be it focus or an injury.
