Usually there is a line to get into the bank due to covid restrictions. Friendly Staff. Remember to co-operate with them if you want a quick and friendly service. The pune named Bharat is really helpful.

Worst Branch of Central Bank.Space is too narrow. You have to stand in line. Staff is good but they all try to avoid there work. The most important thing is space. I think bank have to work on it. And expand its area. And you could found money in there Bank ATM. My experience was so bad thats why I close my account.

Do not visit this branch & Bank...Delay & Worst service...Banker dosent have a time to open new account ... They dont have sense to talk with the customers , dont know even they are atleast 10th pass or not ... Language of the Bankers - Worst, Service -Worst.

Central Bank is most convenient for me really... Becouse the staff are very calm behaviour do with costumer that thing I like most.... For me the behaviour of staff matter the most.... Also in this covid_19 situation they also doing good and very careful.

Worst branch of central bank of india , ATM is not working from last 15 days but there is no one to take any action , i even talked to manager but he is also not answering he is just saying that i cant do anything i dont have any authority to take any action regarding this and even there not not any watchman present in this ATM from last 1year ,And now let me come to the bank ,1. Very crowdy place2. Staff is not cooperative at all3. The do not print passbook manually they always ask us to print the passbook from the machine (the machine which is mostly not working , and what about those people who cant operate such machines)4. They take too long lunch brakes of approximately about 50miutes5. Manager is not always present in the office6. They dont even have anydrop box to drop the cheque7. They do not make the DD on the spot8. There is one counter for 4thing (cheque depositing, cheque clearing , cash depositing , cash withdrawal )

Worst service recieved ever, ATM machine is not working properly even in bank withdrawl, deposit, passbook printing everythig is merged on a single counter and rest counters are closed. Never saw this much worst service of bank. Central bank shame on your staff of mumbra branch. They must even accelerate the service in Ramadan atleast.
