Average Experience watching movies here. I went here for watching Captain Marvel with my Big brother there was no security guard or responsible person to guide us till theatre the seats were average not comfortable at all. The tickets price were high as compared to other theatres but the quality was average in my opinion no comfortable seats average sound system overall my experience with this theatre was not upto the mark.

This is very nice place to have a good time with your friends and family. You can watch movie, can have some snacks or lunch or dinner here. Outside the mall there are some street food options which are really good to try. Just below the theater there is big Bazaar. Reaching here is very easy. Theater is good.

Went here for a movie screening. Looks very decent, has lots of groceries market, small food court. Now, the movie theater leaves much to be enjoyed. Smelly, uncomfortable seats and the really bad sound system just killed my viewing experience. Im pretty sure they havent cleaned/changed the seats covers in a yrs!

Nice place for Movies

Currently the better of theatres near Majiwada. Just check the seats before sitting. Miscreants have left back chewing gum that might stick to your clothes. Hope the management gets this cleaned. Otherwise the place is quite clean with a good video and audio experience.

This movie multiplex is good, but they still do not allow you to carry food whereas as per the new rule it is allowed now. This is situated within a so called mall which is beco.e a commercial office centre now and the mall is not maintained properly. This multiplex Star Cinemas is ok with ticket rates being reasonable. They could have kept the food items reasonable.

I like cinema star always its located in High Street mall kapurbawdi thane. Cinema star theater are good nice seating chairs good friendly staff.

Its required little cleanliness within the premises as this place is on very perfect location where one can easily access the same. Still they do not follow the government rules to allow outside food and keep price very high on their own product. Also the 3D glasses they give is used one without cleaning the same. Which ethically very wrong. Otherwise they have all one need

Weekdays tickets are cheaper. Free chilled water available near wash room. Basically a budget movie theatre. Best for movie & then shopping at BIGBAZAR & car/bike wash at basements

No social distance strictly monitor by security team.people are seating without mask and no one bother to tell check and monitor.

I am a frequent movie goer to this theater. Seats are clean and break out space n washrooms are spic n span.Seats are good in almost all corners and in aisle too.Food is good n served at the seats also.Courteous staff all around. Manager gives patient hearing to issues faced if any.But I always bump upon painful neighbors who have encroaching habit of eating others space. This is the only thing that spoils my movie experience.

I suggest to cinema Star , please Short up the advertisement between the starting movie and in between interval. The movie have to start-up time 09.20 pm but actually it starts at 9.40 pm and then it takes about approximately 25 min to start the movie after interval.Audience just go irritated with so many advertisement.So consider my suggestion and try to make it more comfortable with audience

The movie stopped in between and they took 30 mins to start back. Absolute pathetic service.

Great cinema most preferred for couples

The place watching movies is the world best theatre. In 2012, when I was come to watching the movie is, that time the show is on time but now a days shows are very delayed more than 25 minutes.The people who was coming to watching movies which is actual show is 2.5 hr but cinema star theatre making that movies of more than 3 hr.I really disappoint with this service of. Cinema star.Actually all theatres are showing the movies delayed but why you should following the bad habits from other. We should follow our rules & regulations.

Moviegoers be aware!!! Highly unsafe from Fire and Emergency Escape concern. No proper illumination inside. escape passage and stairways do not have fire fighting equipment. The premises of High Street Mall poorly maintained and their system will fail in case of any unlikely event.However from movie point of view its average experience. Inside hall furniture needs deep cleaning.

Excellent budget theatre with comfortable seats...even now tickets are rs. 100-200 so much cheaper than viviana...crowd is also very decent, no problem...helpful staff...best part is always unlimited variety of toppings with hotdogs and nachos...jalapenos, mayo, ketchup, bbq sauce, onion, tomato etc...can make a feast...prices have increased now but this is the only or first cinema in the city to have such excellent customer service...dolby atmos theatres also

Unfortunately located in a mall which hardly is in a worslking state. Its located on top floor. The leg space is good but still uncomfortable seats almost literally touching shoulders with the ones beside you. The sound and picture quality is good.

Theater is very nice. However, the mall is strange with many lifts going to only fix set of levels. For ex. Only lift 1 goes to basement on West side. Lifts 2 n 3 dont go to basement. So when u park the vehicle remember the nearest lift number and take that while coming back else u may b lost in parking.

Great place to watch movies. Seats are comfortable, wide, with lots of leg space. So, late comers bother a little as compared to other places. Chances of them stepping on to ones toes are less. Sound quality is good. However, the waiting area outside the screens is not well lit. Their toilets are OK, but can be better from a cleanliness point of view. The coffee shop in waiting area is reasonably good.

A decent 5 screen multiplex, located at high street mall, easily accessible by bus. Tickets r very reasonably priced, morning show is available @70. Comfortable seating n good audio r the plus points. Free drinking water is provided. However, modern facilities like atmos sound n gold class r absent. Lets wait for the renovation to happen. Rating 3/5.

Multiplex from High street mall... Really good screens, seating is nice, even the last row chairs recline. Plus the seat alignment is nice and ticket prices are also reasonable. Offers ample parking in the mall basement. Does have cafe and food counters inside. Also, you can have food and beverages delivered to your seats.All in all value for Money.

Its a good theatre with fairly comfortable seats and the staff is very cordialBut the popcorn station outside is nothing but a big fat scam. So, these people have 3 sizes for popcorn regular (white), medium (yellow colour bucket) and large (blue bucket). We usually go for the a combo wherein we get a coke, nachos and large popcorn (blue bucket). But yesterday we decided to buy only a large popcorn. And to.our surprise they gave the popcorn to us in the yellow bucket which is supposed to be for a medium size. When asked why the staff said that you only get the blue one with combos. I mean, what?! That doesnt even make sense. A large popcorn is a large popcorn irrespective of whether weve opted for a combo or not!!!Need this to be looked into by the officials as this is unfair and yet another way to cheat the people for money. This coming from cinepolis/cinemastar is just not acceptable.

Visited couple of times to watch movies.Theatre is good.WelmaitainedAmbiance is good.Food stalls inside theatre are too costly.Most other shops in this mall are closed.But movie experience is very nice.Clean washrooms and neatly maintained interior.Sound and picture quality is very good.

It is worth the price.The mall is not that great but the place is good.If travelling via bus kapurwadi is the nearest bus stand.The staff was punctilious(polite).The theater itself advertising itself for its legroom to be the biggest in town and they are correct there was appropriate amount of it.Overall its not the top notch places,but definitely best in affordable prices.

One of the preferred movie theater in Thane for its sitting arrangements and the rates. It has 5 screens, allowing it to play variety of movies. The size of the screen seems perfect. Sound quality is good ( little bass would have made it even more better).

When it opened, Cinemastar have best movie watching experience in the town. But the age is catching up. Chairs need maintenance. Projection and Sound are fine. The lobby can be spruced up. Washrooms are well maintained. Food menu lacks innovation. Still, value for money!

Seating capacity is somehow smaller in comparison with other theatres in Thane.The theatre has good sound,good AC, feels relaxing to watch the movie.The best part of this theatre is cheap rate of ticket with comparison to other theatres.Thats why I prefer to visit this theatre usually.

A Cinepolis owned multiplex in Thane with the biggest legroom between rows. Comfortable and cosy. A good place to watch a movie.

Go with full dress , theatre is full of mosquitoes . Kids take care of your self.Screen is small . AC was working fine. Overall I felt its dead mall compared to Vivian. But considering the cost of ticket you can opt for movie.

Budget cinema hall with good sound quality.. seats are not comfy but when compared with the ticket cost.. its very much worth every rupee you spend.. also the loyalty bonus is quite attractive for frequent movie goers..

This is decent place with comfortable chairs, decent leg room and ample parking facilities.However, I went for a 11:00 pm last show of URI which got cancelled due to technical glitches. It was disappointing but was pleased with the way refunds were handled. 1 extra star for that otherwise 1 star for No show. This proves Cinepolis in Viviana mall is the best although bit pricey.

This multiplex is of very much excellent for the movie viewers in Thane. Its in the heart of the city. Easily reachable. Seats are very comfortable. Tickets are priced economically very reasonable. Just above Big Bazaar shopping mall. Foods and eatables are priced economically.

It is a good place to watch movies. All the rows have a uniform price irrespective of where your row is. The price of the tickets too is reasonable. However, the quality and reclining of some of the seats are in poor condition.

The best place to watch movies for the given quality and price for tickets. The seats are comfortable compared to other malls in Thane and the prices for tickets are quite low especially during night time. The air conditioning is quite cold enough to make me carry jackets inside to avoid freezing. Just like other theatres the eatery rates are high.

Cinema star is very good place for watch movies specially 3D. Big screen good speakers sound.

Location is convenient and good number of movie halls. Picture and audio quality is decent for the price charged, but it is not the best. For best quality I guess Cinepolis Viviana is good.Worst part in this theatre are its seat/chairs. Lot of chairs are broken or with uneven reclining. Some seats have uneven bottoms. During advertisement volume becomes too loud. The only good part is its price. Usually tickets are around 120 to 150. I guess thats why it is average in other areas.

Not to good to visit. As per rate vise it is reasonable but you will have to wait almost 20 mins to start the movie after the movie time.

Better air cooled theatres and quality snacks along with lesser prices make it my personal favourite. It is really very affordable.

Worst place to visit... Few of the seats in Audi 2 doesnt even have a base. On top of it to make the experience worth memorable there were bed bugs in the seats... Seriously cinepolis you guys need to work really hard... Stop showing that add of how good your seats are whereas you dont stand at 1% of what you are displaying.

This place is located in the HighStreet Mall ... There are few shops in the mall which are still functioning.. Theater is good. Good sound effects... Best part about this theater is its movie pricing... Its almost 40% less compare to the competitors ...

Nice theater air conditioning is best but after 11:30 shows the print gets hang... Dont go after 11:30 show strictly

Sorry to inform but the experience was very very bad since no show took place yesterday at 11 pm due to some technical problems. We waited there till 12 am. Next time, we will have hardly any hesitation to choose Cinema star to watch any movie.

Good place for watch movies in cheap price

This place is on 3rd floor where the big bazar is on 1st floor and ground floor. Theatre is good seating arrangements and the seats are comfortable. Lone place to visit. Not more crowds. Good for couples where no one is going to find you that you are roaming with your bf or gf. So good place to visit. This is an multiplex and screen are average in size. 3d movies are are also worth a try. English movie in hindi dubbed are available in these theatres. So lots of public came for this type of movie. There is food court on ground floor where u can have good food with sandwiches and shakes too. Pestries and cakes are also available inside the mall. The screen and sound quality is good. However the seats at the back stink, it seems they are never cleaned. I had booked the end seats hoping to enjoy the movie, however after interval couldnt bear the smell and had to shift to some front seats. Dissapointing experience

I visited this theater twice. The place is good. Car Parking is easily available by paying 20/-.First visit SAS better than the second one. The previous screen (screen 2) was better, seats were good, sound was optimum.However second time the hall was not that great, it had a musty smell, seats were not comfortable. Also the restroom was not at all clean.

Really a good theatre and mainly the price is affordable and quality is same as Viviana Mall because both the theatre are Cinepolis

Our go to movie theater. 2kms away from our place and ambience is nice. Also they have cheaper tickets as compared to other theatres around. Sound quality is too good better than one in viviana for sure
