This place is just great.. Good hallway for greeting the guests and the inner space is cool and compact for all the celebrations. The services they provide is also good. I recently, attended a birthday party and I was pretty much impressed with the service.

The property is good. But the washrooms are outside the hall premises. The usable washrooms are the mall owed washrooms which are not clean. The food quality isnt good and God know for what reason they charge 500 to 600 per plate..

Attended a Conference here & the hall could accomodate more than 1200 Participants. Its a Long conference Hall and relatively slightly narrow.The approach entry to the Banquet is easy and well organized. Just take the Lift from the Adjacent entry point. There is ample Paid Parking place too in this mall.Overall a good option for large gatherings.

Huge spacious hall.It is on third floor.As it is in a mall there is ample parking space and various entrances with multiple lifts and elevators hence hassle free entry/ exit.To serve so many envitees in a short period the dining area should have been also that huge.

We hosted our family function here. Arrangements were good and staff was helpful in accommodating our requests. The highlight was the food which our guests enjoyed. Only feedback is to improve the setup time of their music systems (instrumental).

Attended wedding function in this banquet, which is situated in Hi-Street Mall. Although banquet hall is spacious enough to organise such functions, catering (if its monopoly) is not upto the mark. Serving staff not at all professional. Food is not of any great taste. The mall is almost vacant of any shops. Some commercial offices present in the mall. Accessing this banquet hall gives deserted look not conducive for banquet hall. Common toilet on the floor of the banquet is in very bad shape. One has to pay parking charges visiting this banquet hall.

Its located in High Street Mall ,3rd floor, Kapurbawdi, Thane (West). Had been over here to attend a marriage function, good spacious hall with capacity from 50 to 1500 persons. Well maintained, good behavior of the staff.Parking is available but you have to pay the parking charges. Nearest landmark is High Street Mall, Kapurbawdi and Star Cinema .There should have been proper display of the name of the hall at a considerable height which would have been easy noticeable.Moreover the changing rooms for the bride 👰and groom 🎩 and for the relatives are a bit far away distance which would have been saved time during function if the rooms would have been nearby.Elevator is very close to the entrance of the banquet hall which is very important for senior citizens and handicapped people.

Okayish mall at a great location. A big part of the mall is dedicated for office spaces, a lot of which is vacant.It misses the vibe of a mall, doesnt attract a trendy crowd. Its more like an area with small offices of brokers and lawyers.

Nice hall for about 300 people. They have 2-3 different sized hall based on no.of people. Food was good and reserved parking available.

Spacious hall, AC cooling was fantastic. Breakfast was superrb. Lunch Food was good. Some of the Staff members were wearing not so clean n sort of soiled clothes.Escalators are not fully functional here... Though there are 3/4 lifts people who arent aware use the escalator steps... Which is actually dangerous.

Decent hall....Have good parking facilities, but there is Monopoly of decorator and cateror because of which options are limited....Food quality was above average and decoration was average.

A bit far as a resident of Mulund East,but in 20 minutes you can come by drive. Good ambience,Nice interiors,Well placed seatings,Varieties of food with the Caterers. Huge amount of people can be accommodated. The restrooms and the changing rooms are nearly maintained and nice hospitality. The mall inside which this Banquet is situated,is totally mismanaged and utter disappointing with guidance to the call and only one Washroom provided. Its a bit risky and dangerous too during late night weddings or programme.

We have kept water sprinklers fitted in our banquet for fire.We have 20 huge doors,9 lift,4 staircases for emergency exit., theres alot of place for escape. So I dont knw on wat point do u say that there is inadequate safety/no escape route?
