The store owner is big cheater . For 50 rupee linking Aadhar card and mobile number he will demand 150 rupees. If we ask what is this means he replays as this is the charges but we will get message from Aadhar centre to our mobile is that your charges for the mobile number linking is rupee 50. This is whole new level of fraud and cheating people. He took 300 rupees for two if us guys.
