They take extra money for service charge not included in bill

It is ok and I had good experience, they responded for every query of mine but you should show the models or display the models to the customer with samples not only by introducing products orally. And you should tell more detailed features of the product. Only few laptops models are available here. It will be good if they provide more. I am happy with their service. Thank you.

Waste and worst shop management and staff behavior also very bad

Worest behaviour by manager! He spoke very rudely.Water fell on my laptop and I asked to look into it asap so damage can be minimised. He said they cannot look now. I can understand he might be busy, but he spoke very rudely and said he cannot tell the tentative timeline. and gave back my laptop for asking how long it could take. I never saw this kind of behaviour from any person.
