Fake location
They charge unduly. Driver had canseld the trip than also they demand money and as they have raised amount. They refuse services. They are loosing business for their own reason. I am using other company services anyway.

Your driver demands more money while picking up from the destination so I have refused to travel yesterday by auto.
I had booked auto with online payment mode but driver need cash and cancelled my ride.I have wait for 10 to 20 minutes for another ride but no auto available.Bad experience ever...Now onwards i use another cab service ....
Customer service is something that they do not know how to provide. Totally dissappointing.
