Good food with great atmosphere. Price is bit high. Main attraction is Revolving System on 16th floor. If you seat in one table and have your food for atleast 1 hour, then you can see the whole Surat form your seat .

The revolving restaurant is one of the oldest restaurant of surat , located on the top floor of hotel Tex plaza in the textile market.It is Asia ‘s first revolving restaurant, it compete one revolution in about 90 minutes .The restaurant serve buffet only on weekdays and normal A la carte dishes are served throughout the week.The buffet offers 20 -25 dishes, veg as well as non veg .We started our dinner with mock tails and starters. The mock trials were served at room temperature and were not at all chilled.There was not much variety of starters, there were only 4 to choose from. Veg corn cake is good in taste the rest are average.For main course there were 3 veg curries. Paneer tikka masala was very spicy, veg bagwan was good. The accompanying masala rice was not cooked properly and the roti were under cooked and stretchy .The desserts were a complete disappointment, there were just 3 to choose from , gulab jamun , cake and ice cream.Not at all worth spending rupees 600 ( per person )Although ambiance and services are good , but overall the buffet was a total waste of money.

Visited this place on my last visit to Surat, It was supposed to be a revolving experience. But it stopped revolving for about an hour while we were there. Started revolving when we were about to leave :(. But it was a second visit to this place, Previously it was working fine. So probably this was a one off day to visit :).Ambiance is nice. On this visit i noticed they have also started buffet which was not there about 3-4 years ago. We decided to not go for buffet and have a dining experience.Started with Cream Onion Soup, Tried this first time and loved the taste of it. Toast Cheese Garlic Bread were given as complimentary with it. Which were super crunchy and cheese.In starters we had Masala Papad, Veg Crispy and some Paneer starter. Veg Crispy was the highlight of the day. One of the best i had. We ordered only one dish of it, So per head quantity(For 6) was less :(. Paneer one kind of common and had ok taste.Another one was Hydrabadi Tikki, which was my choice. And it was good until the time i had coconut taste from it.(Dont like coconut in my food). But if it wasnt there it was perfect to have.Coming to Main course we ordered Paneer Bhuna (Again Paneer :(, Because of majority votes - sadly). But it tasted well. Little bit on spicier side. I ordered Masala Chaas with it which was very well made. Probably would have liked main course more if it was not Paneer again.Overall its kind of Good visit. Not a wow kind of food but decent enough to like. Will try and visit again for Buffet sometime in future.My recommendations :- Cream Onion Soup, Veg Crispy, Masala Chaas

Must visit this place, old name of this hotel was revolving Hotel, still it is revolving, it’s a different experience, I been there with my family , really enjoyed, food is good, indian chinese food, punjabi items, also non vegetarian is available there, price are reasonable, please try to go after 9 pm, as too much traffic as all textile market around

The day we made mistake by organizing party here. Service was poor due to less staff. Manager named Atul Mishra behavior was rude. However food was great.

I hated this place. We had gone there keeping in mind its old glory. But I was NEVER more DISAPPOINTED with any Restaurant throughout the world than this one. They were actually serving ROTTEN FOOD !!!! I had never expected this to happen even in a Roadside Stall let alone an upscale and expensive place like this. I wanted to raise the issue but didnt because we didnt want to create a scene there. But I have never seen ROTTEN FOOD being served at any place. SPECIAL WARNING TO NON - VEG EATERS. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE !!!

This is a very good Restaurants and hotel near udhna.The main thing is that from you can see entire Surat.Also the restaurant floor are is moving in round slowly slowly.So you can see all the direction from only one place sitting.Must visit this place..

It was my childhood dream to visit this place once. Well back then my father could not afford expensive place like this and all I could do was to stare from outside. Finally I went to this place and the hotel was revolving and I cannot express the happiness I had.

This place is really good. Its my 2nd visit. I visited Jaipur one, almost a year back. Bith the times, I had a good time and fun. Its clean and atmosphere is very nice. Its a family cum casual place, where you can chill and relax.

Nice restaurant with an exotic view of Surat as a business city. Very good food both in terms of test(except masala papad) and presentation. Nice tranquil environment, but waiters some time takes small amount of time to attend you and that is way that loss of one star.

The windows were in need of a clean, but still gave a good view of the City. It takes about 45-60 minutes for a full circle so by enjoying ones meal, it would allow for a full circuit and a chance to view the City. The inside wall of the restaurant had comic drawings posted which kept one interested as one moved around.

The scenic view with rotation table gives a night to remember for sure. Both Veg and Non-Veg are worth trying ✌️

Service - Very slow and rude waiters and management. No professional management whatsoever.Ambience - its not that great due to the dull music.Food - nothing exciting, for the same price you can get many other nice dishes in Surat.Only 1 lift works so if going in a large group then expect to wait a long time to go up and come bacl down.

The worstest serves....I have called before coming here and asked for pizza, they said yes we have available ...I have orderd for if with other food order after finishing half of food I again remind them for pizza , they have replied sorry sir we don’t have pizza !! Can u please take bread butter!!!!Disgusting answer by them !!!At the same time the persons who were seated behind us they shouted and complain for cockroach in their dish !!!!!The most poor management and totally untrained staff ...I suggest all better to go and have a street food !!I had never been bad experience till date in surat !!The worstest restaurant in city
