It is located at varachha road. It is well managed commercial building. It consists chartered accountants, Bank, electronic show room, stock broker office and many more. It has neat and clean floor, escalators and lifts. It has underground parking and waiting lounge.

This is a good complex. There are mostly finance related shops here. There is a problem here that parking is not arranged here. If you come here for a visit, be careful about this thing.👍👍

Parking pass is allotted to Goons who dont have any offices at all in the building and they even have their influence with the security guards who are also supporting them.You buy office for peaceful workplace and what you found is goons who are even threatening you without authority to even speak about in the building.Totally not recommended to buy office in Central Bazar, Mini Bazar, Varachha.

Some Shops are not clean. And also infrastructure are not good inside of some floor.
