The worst experience ever with Kreeva. I order a ₹2250 embroidered suit. But I recieved something else which was old, dirty, not worth of money piece. The website never worked it always crashed when trying to track or request return. Somehow I called them and process of exchange started. The worst thing is that they do not have return policy, only exchange only once. Second time again they did not sent the same piece I ordered, again the different one which off course was not worth of 2000. But it was better then the they sent at first place. Do not shop if you are looking for quality and trusted service. The funny thing is that they do not pickup you have to courier from your place to their mentioned address. LOL.

My dear girls, please avoid buying anything from this website.They have worst products tagged under high prices.Recently i purchase a gown for my friends wedding, the material was pathetic, your curtain material would be far better than what i received. I replaced it with a beautiful looking lehenga, price on Kreeva 2000/-, again same, cloth material, the can can, the work, everything of the cheapest quality possible.PS: The same lehenga is on Amazon for 400/- and i paid 2000/-Cons:1) They dont have return and refund option as they are themselves aware of what quality product they are selling.2) Beautiful website with just 1 picture of every product (fooling customers)

Horrible quality products. I ordered a red saree worth 1800rs, quality was of cheap 300rs synthetic fabric , fabric like umbrella cloth. Not wearable at all. Anyway before I placed the order I spoke to the customer service team via email and WhatsApp. They responded straight away and were always helping me with my query. I was a pain as I would call kreeva every few minutes to ask them questions about the products, delivery charge etc. Every-time I would annoy them and ask them random questions to test and see if they were genuine or fraud. After speaking to many of their team I actually thought wow what a fabulous customer service they’re providing. They were always polite, understanding, helpful and respectful. They always treated me with great value. I felt like I had my own personal shopper as they would show me various styles that I might be interested in. They all were very professional and had very good manners. I was a very difficult customer however they were really positive and kind towards me. Even out of their working hours they were helping me so that I was satisfied. They would recommend products and show me the pictures. Every single executive is the best at kreeva. During this pandemic they were helping me by risking their own life so that I can be happy. I purchased 6 lenghas and I must say the quality is amazing. I received the order within two weeks. I was impatient because I expected my order within the first week. I didn’t understand how hard they had to work to get the outfits ready for me.I want to clarify that Whatever they have on the website is what you will get. I got the best quality products and I am not a celebrity or a blogger. People please be realistic so please stop being negative. You have to understand the price you pay that’s what you get and still the quality is superior. I have bought shambles from other companies and it looks nothing like what I ordered. At first I didnt believed that I will get what I was seeing, but when I received the package. I was amazed. Very excited to wear this😍

I trusted the online reviews and youtube videos that raved about the brand and ordered a floor length gown for 2k, however upon arrival i was highly disappointed with what I received. The gown was just a straight cut kurta which was also torn from the middle, the pants were also badly stitched and had a lot of pen marks all over it. Overall it looked like I picked it up from the road side or from some discount sale for 300 bucks. Highly disappointed and feel cheated. The return process is also a hassle, so all in all I lost 2k rupees. Planning to donate it now.Dont go by the deceiving reviews and instead buy from a local shop if need be at least ull get what you see.

The mirrors were actually those paper foils , the dress was stinking and the fabric quality sucked too.I ordered seeing the reviews and some youtubers hyping it . DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!There is no refund , you can only exchange it and you have to post it back to them yourself . Why do people shop online? So that its easy for them to sit at home and receive the service . You will have to pay for the courier and exchange it with some poor quality product again. Once your money is gone its gone. I had ordered a suit set from their website. Based on some YouTube videos the quality of their products seemed good. However I was disappointed with the product I received. Did not look like the picture on thier website. The finishing looked very cheap. Some of the flower decoration on the kurta were not even stiched but were stuck on with glue. The glue was also put carelessly and was clearly visible. Dont go by what you see on YouTube. Seem to be sponsored reviews.
