Good place, male bachelors are kept in a separate place from the society for families,1)A flat is divided into 2 roomsthe things included in your room:-a bed (no pillow and bedsheet),a cupboard,a small table with drawers,a chair,a study table,a window,a bathroom with toilet and water heater,a small balcony,a door,2)There is a food-court on the first floor, non veg is available.in the nearby l&t housing society there is another restaurant (pure veg)3)There is a sports center in the nearby lnt housing society, with the following facilities:-1 indoor badminton court,2 outdoor tennis court (last is saw there was moss growing on it),1 squash court,2 billards table (with equipment),an AC gym,1 table tennis table,A music room,A steam bath and sauna,A reading room,A seminar hall.you have to get your own equipmentthe fee for the sports center is 25 per month.4) There is a laundry service in the bachelors hostel (wash + iron)6 rupees for shirt and shorts9 for pantsyou can collect your clothes in 2 days5)There is a good bus system nearby called brts6)There is a company bus to take you to the company7)Jio fiber is available8)The water over here is hard but a 3rd party paid service for ro water is available9)There is a football ground in the bachelors hostel10)There is a housekeeping service in the hostel (included in the rent)11)There are 4 lifts in this 12 storeyed building and at all times atleast 1 is operational.12)If youre lucky you may get a room with a working mini refrigerator13)There are quite a lot of malls nearby and a big bazaar.14)The airport is 2 kms from here and railway station is i think 30 mins or approx 8 kms from here both have a direct bus route.

Rent 2500 including everything. Rooms are pentagon in shape. You will feel less space in room. Canteen food not good everytime. Playground and wind is nice here. Roaming around even at 2 AM is safe and relaxing

Gym.... Sports complex is the best facility available.....hostel canteen is average..... Common room is very good...having TV .......many newspaper.... Magazines available....karom....Rooms are too small...not comfortable..... It would be comfortable if they were little bigger in size. No swimming pool.....

I am living here from 3.5 year.A value for money hostel.Equipped with laundry, canteen, play ground, TV room and if you want to do squash,gym,steam sona, billiards,gymnasium, badminton, library, tennis L&T sports center is 400 meters away.

Only L&T employs with valid authority to stay can use the facility. Its awesome place to stay while working in L&T Hazira or Surat
