Open arms dog hostel is a place where your pet live in a very comfort zone. Owner and staff members are very cooperative and taking care of our pet like their kids. Very safe and pleasant place for pets.My Simba live there for one month and when he get back home he is too much missing hostel memories. I really grateful to owner and staff of open arms for taking care of this way and maintaining this type of place in town so that every pet owner feel free to leave their pet and can go out without tension . Thanks again.

Very beautiful place.Easily adjustable for ur dog.They welcomed us and our pet whole heartedly and took utmost care all the time.The owners are very nice and humble, and video called us everyday to assure us that our pet is enjoying.

We had left our dog here for 2weeks, thier management is pathetic. The owner will change the timings as they wish and if you point out an issue, they will say you are rude and this that.They have no serious management, no timings and no customer etiquette.My dog had severe skin infection, even after giving them all the instructions.They also didnt return the medicines given with our pup when their caretakers returned him back.The male owner has no customer understanding, and how to communicate with them.DO NOT PUT YOUR DOG HERE.

The best pet hostel in surat. My dog is always excited to go there. Also they take really good care of the pets. Leo always used to come home sad and sort of depressed earlier but since we started sending him here, he comes home much happier and in a very good mood. Open arms is a home away from home for our pets.

I have sent my dog here minimum 7-8 times till now. I had asked them to block the dates for November for a month, as I am going out of country. And now when I call them to tell them that I will drop my dog in a day time for a month.!They are telling me the hostel is full because of Diwali. But I did inform them about his stay in two months advance that he will be coming for a month and the lady had approve it.It’s horrible that I had to invest my dogs time in this hostel to make him comfortable so that he could stay for a month time with out any stress.If I knew they will not accommodate him for the holidays then I would have invested his time and my money is different hostel.Over all the hostel is fine. But very unreliable.If you are looking for second home for your dog then you can’t trust them.If you use the hostel service like once or twice a year then you can go for this hostel. But don’t trust in the commitments they try make.
