We ordered 3 sub of the days, 3 cookies and a toast. Subway has the best cookies even though the sub was below expectations. The veg shammi kebab was like a stone and it was very disgusting. Even the toast was a mess and really bad. No jalapeno or anything. They just put on anything in a hurry. And the cheese left a really weird taste. The service was okayish but not really good. They looked confused about what they were doing. The price was normal and economical but not worth it. Try other branches this one is very poor.

Its not the SUBWAY you are looking for. Very dirty. Uncleaned tables. The unprofessional TV shows and movies are running with a high volume. When I asked them to lower the volume, they denied rudely. It smells badly. They hide the display that shows the Deal of the day. The staff is untrained. Manager is busy with his phone.Do you still want to go to experience what I experienced?

The over the counter boys kept for preparing the meals by the owner has no sense to talk to the customer and ask politely how they want to customise their sub meal. Instead they argue and manipulate the customer by choosing to prepare the meals as per as their comfort and choice. And the most funny thing is the owner sides with these arrogant staff boys. Bringing a shame to the most reputed brand Subway.

Yummy food and good service but each time it gets ruined by hair in our food. In November 2018 hair was found in our sandwich and yesterday in our salad. Wear the caps. Please maintain the quality of food at Subway. Last time when we showed it to the staff they were giggling instead of being responsible later we took it to the management but this time once again hair was found in our salad.

I miss interacting with the first insightful owners of this store, The Jains! They were so friendly and chilled out Father-Son Duo.Still This is one of the sexy joints to chill and watch matches. Ambiance is good, just wish cleanliness is maintained as it used to be 5-7 years back. It has been quite messy from 3-4 years. But things are changing now. Overall a good joint and best in Surat :)

The staff is nice and always helpful. The veggie section is a bit over crowded sometimes but the staff doesnt let that bother them. The service keeps going as is. Breads are freshly baked and all the condiments for the subs are fresh. Highly recommended.

They even dont put sauces in sub, even after telling them repeatedly to put sauces properly.

Just like any other Subway. But they were out of roasted garlic bread at the time I visited. The staff is quite efficient. The space is a bit limited so I am guessing it would be getting really crowdy during weekends and evenings. Otherwise, the subs were awesome!

This review is regarding subway on ghod dod road opp St. Xaviers school. This outlet was the best in Surat until recently the management has taken a toll. Poorly managed, the place was dirty and the waiters with zero energy who were all newly recruited I guess and they were all messy working. On asking for extra olives the waiter replied that he has to manage with this quantity for two more days. That was the last nail in the coffin and thereafter I decided to never to visit that place again.Needs serious makeover.
