In sankalp, the basic south indian dishes have been just given fancy names tags and double prices as compared to other restaurants. Even taste and service was sub-standard.

Very interesting place for South Indian food No one can beat its variety of Sambhar and Chatani. 4ft dosa is very good but only come in simple masala dosa flavour.

Sankalp and saffron restaurant both is situated side by side in same compound same floor, opp shell petrol pump, vip road, SuratSankalp restaurant serve south indian food with authentic south indian taste.And saffron restaurant serve punjabi food.Both restaurant serve wonderful food with good quality and good taste.Seating arrangements are good fill like some five starBut i dont like servicesBefore completing food many time ask your food is done , doneN take out plates from serving table.Pata nahi kis baat ki jaldi thi unko hame jaldi bahar nikal me kiItani fast ya itani jaldi to Gujarati thali restaurant me bhi nahi hoti like kansar or sasuma

If I want to rate it for the taste, I would give 5 stars. I have rated 1 star because of some bad practice. First bottle water was kinley whose MRP is 20 but billed is 38.09 plus gst means 40. Secondly, I had asked for normal water but they gave this which my wife accidentally opened so I had to pay for the same. Why would a brand like this go for this kind of practice?

Sankalp is just a name. Cant rate it more than this. The food was less than average. The service was slow. Ordered masala idli, it wasnt good, then tomato masala uttappa which was average. Then platter of dosa which had some paneer kind of dhosa which wasnt really good enough. Theres a lot of room for improvement. The place ambience was good and suitable for family dinner.

The food tastes great!! The chutneys with south indian food are just amazing.

If you wanna eat quality food...go on weekends!! In working days ... you will feel that things are not so fresh... try steamed idli for experiment of freshness (dont if you love money)

Not at all satisfied!!!We (3 families) went together and ordered paneer dosa, the dishes were placed after half an hour and when we tasted literally everyones food were way too salty. We ordered 8 plates and all of them were salty. They are taking high prices for low quality. And we asked for mineral water and they charged rupees 40 for 1 bottle!! I will never visit again, experience was like we were forcing foods in our mouth!!

Sankalp is only for South Indian variety andSaffron is for Chinese and other variety.Both are different in food variety. If anyone is close you are unable to get alternative variety .

Its a place to be if youre looking for South Indian delights.The best part is Sankalp- The South Indian restaurant and Saffron- multicuisine restaurant are adjustant to each other and share common kitchen. Hence you can order dishes from either of them.So we had South Indian meal with Chinese starter.Great ambience and service 👍

Food quality has detoriated. When ordered food, it came out to be cold, and when complained... They heated up the same Dosa and served again. Which is inappropriate. Crockery was broken and order is also not taken care of properly.

Superb taste of its daal which is unlimited , and all South Indian items are so healthy and tasty u will never find it other place as I am fan of it since last 8-10 years now ..
