Its nice place located on gaurav path, nice food very good ambiance. And food they serve are so delicious and tasty. The pool side view is the cherry on the cake.

I visited this restaurant during my stay at Baghban Kretos Club. I would strongly advise everyone not to have food here. Prices are high and the quality or taste is the worst. It has average ambience, the menu card seems impressive but food is tasteless. I ordered sizzlers for lunch and pizza for dinner. Both the items were worse than any street vendor. If you are planning to stay at Kratos Club, I recommend you to go to any nearby restaurant.

This place is near Kratos Club-pal,..The ambience and the location is very good..what I odered:1) Rumali roti..2)Guava chilly magic Mock tail3) Chipotle stick sizzler..I loved the sizzler...staff needs to train for better serving..1 point less only because staff and serving..Otherwise its overall good place..

I dont know why I am even giving one star. There seems to be two teams playing at this restaurant. Investor who has done a wonderful job in selecting the location and chef who is doing a decent job but opposite to them is a team of waiters and managers who are hell bent on shutting this place down with the most pathetic service I have ever seen and they dont even have a remorse for this behavior rather they keep roaming around in devil may care attitude. It feels bad to shout at the waiters but when we are paying so much of money we deserve something better. This is of very very poor quality.

I went on a date and this restaurant was a dissapointment. The staff was rude, they didnt care about guest. They severd cold food and took like 20 min even to serve water. For money they came before we were done with meal but when we wanted services, they ignored us, didnt response well. Dont go to Spoon 11. Also the place is full of mosquito and not hygenic. Not recommended.

Pathetic and untrained staff, they make you wait for longer hours, don’t sit poolside it is full of mosquitoes and on top staff will mess up your order and is rude. Food is very okies, if you give feedback to their manager it is of no use at all.

Very very bad experience. We sat in their seperate area. Nobody stoped us at that time. We sat there almost for 10 to 15 minutes. Everyone of their staff noticed us that we were seating in that area. But nobody came to us for telling that the area was closed. After all we called the waiter and asked what was actually happening. Then he replied that area was closed. They were not even ready to attend their customer and the staff service was wosrt. We left the restaurant without eating but then also they had no concern with it. their behaviour was so rude as if they provide free food.

If you have given soup and starter order and you have also given main course order theyll bring all the order together. They took a very long time to serve food and when the did they brought sabji and dal but no paratha with it.. It took another 5-7 mins for them to bring paratha. Despite repeated requests they did not give us tissues and spoons. They left the food on table and told us it is self serve to which we agreed but there was no serving spoon for that. Theres no negative rating or else I would have rated them even worse. They dont have enough staff members compared to number of tables and the ones they have are pretty much untrained by the restaurant management.A BIG THUMBS DOWN👎. NEVER VISITING AGAIN

Today’s experience.it was sunday..and a little rush.5-6 families were made to wait outside restaurant despite the tables were empty in the restaurant.After long wait, we got the table and meanwhile ordering food, we had foodsome offer which the restaurant has confirmed on call at 7 o’clock that foodsome is valid on dine in..but at time of placing order they refused that foodsome is not valid.ie.buy one get one is not valid..and the lady who came to us and let us know that its not valid was very rude..her way of informing was not acceptable.At 7 in evening, they confirmed that at its valid, and at time of dine in they said that they got order from owner : ie Mr Dhaval desai that dont accept foodsome..Very bad on the part of owner too.My appeal to custumers that dont visit this kind of restaurant. Even staff was very poor. One family ordered jain food and they were provided non-jain food. Other family was requesting water from 15-20 min and was not served till they raised their voices. Another family just left the restaurant literally without eating because order was not served for half an hour.Even the food quantity served was very less. We ordered paneer chilly worth around 220rs and there were only 10-12 pieces.Will never visit SPOON 11again and i don’t recommend anyone the same.

I could not stop my self from personally appreciating their Chef Mr. Virendra Singh for his mouth watering recipes. All the delicacies were really made with utmost care and were worth the price. Also the staff were very welcoming. Overall a really memorable dinner.

Nothing special in my experience. Even on Saturday they stopped serving sizzler. Also many dishes were not available! We had lasagna and Thai rice. Both were delicious. Paneer Tikka was served raw and didnt had any smokey flavor so we returned it. Mexican Soup was also good. Staff was polite. I didnt feel service was slow but it was average. Over all nice 👍

We had lunch here a few times while visiting family and friends. The servers here are just wonderful and have great memories it seems. We sat on the pool side and enjoyed the view with our delicious lunch. Must try!

Very very very poor service. Hands get dried food served to you. I gave treat to my family members around 16 persons and I just got nervous because they werent able to serve food on time and made me feel low. I dont recommend this restaurant. Royal dine and galaxy are far better.

Worst .,Arrogant and rude staff. Dont have any matters how to talk with customers. The restaurant was empty and tables were also empty but the staff rudely told us to wait. We remained standing for 10 minutes. We had our father and mother 85 and 89 yrs old who were not even able to stand. We requested just to allow them to sit . But the manager rudely spoke with us and again told us that cant you wait for t minutes. Wait outside we will call you. Were 14 people but they dont care and told us to go if cant wait. Very shameless, arrogant and rude staff. Never ever visit this restaurant

Worst of its kind. Worst service. We reached the restaurant by 7 20 and its 8 45 we are still waiting for our main course order. Even after 10 to 15 repeated reminders they were making fun of us by saying its Sunday Sir it is going to take time. Though we could see many people after us completing their dinner and walking out. Even after walking out to main desk and asking for bill the staff was laughing as if they were having fun by spoiling anyones evening. We asked for a note on bill that they have not served us food even after many reminder but they refrained
