We had received good reviews for the hotel but when today we went with office colleague we had very bad experience. The quality food was worst. When you are charging then you should provide a quality.

Waiter behavior is so rude. He cant speak sincerely to customer and behave like angrily to customers, I think this waiter have more attitude like CEO of some company. We are paid for what we eat but this kind of behavior not accepted at all. Some other customers are also feeled same condition as us in first floor AC room, We will never come to this hotel if person like him in hotel.
