I cannot say enough good things about Everest. As both a customer and a delivery driver, they have always treated me incredibly well. Their menu is diverse, wildly accommodating, super tasty, and surprisingly affordable for the quality. They have a moving story and are lovely people. Pick this place. Eat here and support a great local business.

I forgot to take pictures but the mo:mo was okay, nowhere near the best ones we have ever had. However the goat curry was nothing I would have thought of. It basically felt goat pieces dipped in ketch-up without any authentic spices.

Absolutely loved the food here. I had the hot and spicy chicken and it was just the perfect spice for me. It was also a huge helping. So although the price is a little high, you do get a ton of food.We also tried the naan and JJ noodles. Both were excellent! Great service and comfy atmosphere. Will definitely try to go back.

I...love...this...place!Im from New Orleans so food is a way of life. Ive traveled to eleven different countries and all over the USA and this is week Ive visited this place twice. I will be back in November and will be here every night.Awesome Asian food and awesome service. The owners came out every night and asked how the food was. Something you do not see every day. The Kimchi is great and I could eat that just by itself.Keep killing it guys, I can not wait to come back and enjoy you hospitality.

This place is fantastic. From the awesome staff that are very attentive, to the cool atmosphere. To the really cool buffet just an all-around awesome place I would highly suggest going here for any business occasion or pleasure. Partial part of the sale goes to medical help in Nepal so you get to help some people and eat some great food. I will be back here very soon.

My friend and I chose this place because as we were enjoying the bars in The Grove I had the JJ noodles, which is fusion of Nepalese and Korean food. It was so delicious. There was a flavor in there that I dont think Ive ever tasted before. The story of the restaurant and its owners is amazing. Lots of options for vegetarians! I would argue they have the best veggie samosas in St. Louis.Definitely going back and I hope to try some things from their drink menu!

I had higher expectations for the food here after someone highly recommended Everest to me. While I loved that the chicken in the chicken tikka masala was grilled, I was disappointed by what I perceived as a lack of flavor in the sauces. Like a few other reviewers, my rice was undercooked. I dont think Ill be returning.

The servers were beyond friendly and welcoming, and I was intrigued by all the information on how the restaurant was started. The food was phenomenal, I ordered the JJ Noodle which is combination of Nepalese and Korean food. I can only speak to the lunch buffet, but each time I visit, I am impressed and leave very full! There is a good selection of food - especially for vegetarians. I read the one star reviews to see what people fussed about and was SHOCKED that they complained about the food. The lunch buffet was overall good and very reasonably priced. The servers were nice and tried their best but there was a language barrier so please be patient. Four stars only because of conflicting information (signs everywhere said pay at your table but it was difficult flagging down a server to get your check because the servers stayed at the bar until they walked around to fill water). My husband and I had lunch here last week with some friends who were home for the holidays. Ive never been to a restaurant with this kind of range of cuisine, but as soon as someone says Indian Im interested! We went on a Wednesday afternoon around 12:30p. One person was lucky enough to get a meter right out in front, someone found a spot about a block away and I parked about three blocks away. It was obviously quite busy, so I guess it just comes down to luck! But we only had about a five minute wait to be seated which I thought was great considering how crowded they were! After putting our things down on our table, we hurried off to the buffet line to see what our options would be. I have to say that I am not a huge fan of vegan food, so I was skeptical of the couple options I saw on the buffet. However, I decided to give it a try just in case. Boy am I glad I did! One was a curried zucchini that was absolutely fantastic! It had one of the creamiest, yummiest sauces I think Ive ever tasted!! It tasted great with the sweet potato noodles, too!My other favorite dish was the curried chicken. Because you cant go wrong with more curry or with chicken!I quite enjoyed this little buffet and I will definitely return!

We called to place a take out order and was quoted 40-45mins (which the guy did not tell me until after my order was placed and payment was provided) for pick up. We arrived around that timeframe and was told it would be another 10-15mins as they were running behind. Following the 10-15mins, we were told another 10-15mins. We informed the guy on the phone that we had a newborn in the car and needed a realistic time, again he kept giving us false info on the status of our order. This continued on until we were waiting for over 1.5 hours! Once we finally got our order, there was no offer to partially comp our meals. This made us feel that the business was greedy and more interested in making money than pleasing customers. Overall, it was a very frustrating situation and as someone who has been going to Everest Cafe for years, we will no longer be returning customers. Also to add to this, we got home to find that the Chap Chae was cooked wrong and the chicken korma was mediocre.

I absolutely love the lunch buffet. It offers a wide array of flavors for a fair lunch price (about $10). Its a small place though and can feel cramped. Delightful vibe, friendly and kind staff, and a worthwhile mission to support health here and abroad, through a non-profit medial mission run by the owners to improve the health status or children, women, and their families who are poor suffering in rural areas of Nepal.
