Our beautiful trip to Kashmir was marred by a night stay at this hotel. Please beware of Room 102, the windows of this particular room is right above their boiler ( which runs on diesel) and the toxic fumes enter right into the room. Surprisingly the hotel staff is aware of this potential health hazard and they still continue to allocate this room to guestsOn 12 th september post midnight we realised that the toxic fumes are entering the room , initially the hotel staff refused to acknowledge the problem and later the manager agreed to swap with his own room.But this is not ok as the hotel is being extremely irresponsible and not dealing with a potential health hazard problem. Guests may choke to death if this continues.

One of the best hotel in srinagar. Cheapest also. The taste of food is also so good at hotels restaurant. The receptionist guy is so helpful. You can hire taxi direct from them they provide us taxi for really cheap price

The hospitality we were provided was really great. Everything was up to the mark, starting from breakfast, good quality lunch, dinner. The behaviour of the staffs were nice, specially the person attending us during breakfast time.He is so humble.

Fraud people , when i asked them to provide checkout invoice ..they charge more gst on check out invoice .however every hotel provide check out invoice in all across india.very disrespectfully they told hum nhi dete hai....i left my expensive headphones thier no one is taking seriously and ignoring...

The hotels location is a plus point ONLY for business travelers. Shops, eateries, banks and commercial hubs are in the vicinity. For leisure travelers, this property is a bit away from the tourist hot spot of Dal- gate and the boulevard area. So choose carefully as local transport is expensive.Rooms are compact , tightly packed with over sized furniture. No hot water after the morning hours . Used toiletries were placed in the washroom. Hair dryer and TV were nonfunctional. The ambiance must have been good when this place was designed. but now overall maintenance leaves much to be desired. SERVICE is very SLOW, tardy and strained. The staff looks tired grumpy and rude most of the time. Hospitality with a smile is the key to success.but here no one seems to think so. The management is equally indifferent , ill-tempered and grouchy all the time. We did not get any positive vibes or any trace of being welcome at this property. Complimentary buffet breakfast is just a formality.. all requests for a decent omelette , a warm paratha or even a cup of fresh tea are met with sneers and refusals. Selective serving to guests of their choice was very clearly visible.overall a very disappointing experience at this PRIDE INN where your own PRIDE and self respect will be severely shattered

We booked 1N stay at Pride Inn Srinagar that included our Breakfast + Lunch / Dinner.We were about to book the  room online but before that we thought of  calling hotel for room size confirmation. They ask us to pay them directly instead of booking hotel online, As amount was same for Breakfast+Lunch/dinner ,we did that no problem.We paid the total amount in Cash / Card at the Hotel.If you talk about the Amenities, nothing as mentioned will be there. No water bottle ,no tea coffee in the room. only electric kettle was there, Even No water Bottle, they are also charged. You need to ask for everything provided they have time to cater you. Toilet seat was broken...however we did not complain for these things.Pathetic breakfast for the Amount we Paid, bluddy who keeps Biscuits / Chips in buffet dish just to add one more variety..first day  it was paratha ,poha and bread..you can ask for omlette. 2nd day there was poha paratha and bread ..you have to wait till 9 am to have breakfast..inspite of telling them in advance that we have to leave early for sonmarg or gulmarg...they will never take call on reception..lift was not working . We carried all our luggage from 2nd floor to ground floor.We asked the Guy at Reception of our 3rd Meal can b included in the same price. After about 30min the guy at Reception ( there are 2 to 3 similar looking guys ) confirmed that our 3rd Meal is also Included in the same price and we need not Pay extra. Only After this confirmation we booked our 2nd Night also in the same Hotel.To our horror while checkout, the guy who comitted Us inclusion of 3rd Meal, Blatently Denied everything. We had to pay extra 1500 bucks, but the point is these people will simply do not hold on to their grounds. Thats like Cheap way of doing Business, even Pathetic sounds far better if compared to such people.You will get the same food all day long, reheated n served till its finished.Take everything in white ...else everyone here is ready to harass you.To sum up there was no pride for staying in pride inn...

Yatra.com: Booking ID 0807210112371One of the most disgusting hotels ever! I am in kashmir for a month and wanted to book the room for entire month. But fortunately, I though to book for 4 days trial 1st, inorder to ensure the hotel is good. And as it turns out, hotel is nothing but horrible.The room is extremely unhygenic, with worned out cealing and wall paints. The TV isnt working and the staff is extremely rude and no one is ever present at the reception. In just last 2 days I have tried reception number over a dozen times but no response, not even once. Also the staff is unprofessional. I wanted to leave hotel in morning to go out for some work, but surprisingly the staff started enquiring me as to where I was headed…. This was non of their business.And the most horrible part is that there is no hot water in the room. Apparently, they switch on hot water merely between 6:30 am to 10am. If such was the case, they should have informed me that on checkin. But no, only when I wanted to shower in evening after a long hectic day, did I come to know of this water situation. When enquired, they said non of the hotels in Kashmir provide hot water throughout the day. This statement is nothing but false! Because I have lived on numerous occasions in various hotels on the same street, but never I faced such issue not such discomfort. Am glad I didnt book the room for entire month. I am not sure if I would want to live for the 4 days for which I paid. I rather checkkout and move to some other hotel but unfortunately the money is nonrefundable and so I will have to bear this dishopsitality and trouble for another 2 days….Guys, if you want to enjoy your stay in valley and not worry about the hospitality and service, would highly advise you to stay away from pride Inn because there is no pride in living in here….

Have a good experience in hotel. staff was good & behave very politely. room was little bit small for 2 person.location is also prime in Srinagar. Airport is 12 kms away from hotel. one can reach within 30 min. restaurants & local shops are near the hotel.

Food was good; WIFI was not working, Lift was mostly not working. We faced some power cuts which lasted for hours & there was no DG / backup. Water was unavailable in the morning.

I stayed for one night. It was not a good experience. It was winter n even hot water wasnt available. And at the time of booking they said different amount and at the time of payment they said 1k extra for a night for one room. Trust me be cautious about rate at the time of booking.

Stayed here for a night. Hotel location is good. But there is packing issue, hotel has very small parking i had to remove my car to move other cars.Let talk about room now, room was comfortable but small. Washroom had wierd kind of smell.Had buffet breakfast in the morning. Food was tasty, but 3 limited number of items to choose from.Overall it was ok stay.

Hotel amenities are very good. at this price none will offer you this. location, staff and food is very appropriate and nice. few cons, cleanliness can be approved. Hotel has many facilities but maintenance need to be regular. Will definitely stay again.

We booked this hotel through travel agent, and was not aware about this at all. But when we lived there, it was worth the amount, place and service charges.As Kashmiri people are polite by nature, here the staff and attenders were super polite and caring in nature. They had a surprise Honeymoon decoration for us in our room along with a delicious cake.They made our day and trip. I will suggest Pride INN if you are planning to go. We tried Kashmiri food also, but somehow wre not so satisfied (taste-buds defers). Overall our 4 days 5 night stay in the hotel was memorable. Market was near, other tourist places were nearby, it was worth staying in PRIDE INN.

Very nice clean and good hotel. Visited in off season in the month of december 2017. Booked it from Goibibo @1500 rs including breakfast. Hotel is at prime location rajbagh which is easy to locate. Hotel staff was courteous. They have a small restaurant barkaa restaurant rates were reasonable.

This is really a worthy hotel to stay. Rooms are clean and cozy. Hotel staff is also very cooperative. I would recommend my friends also to stay here.
