Good food with reasonable prices given the huge proportions they serve. The staff is polite and the place is hygienic. Shwarmas can use a little bit less salt.

It was good, a tad bit expensive but the quantity is fine. Quality of food was also good. They serve Mughlai type food so if you want to have Kashmiri Food / wazwan they dont serve that there. Ambience is good because of location. Customer service is good , and that is obvious as prices are good too. Overall good experience.

The best mushroom soup that I have ever tasted in my life.The employees are very friendly and you will not feel like you are coming here for the first time.The food,the ambience,the location are all amazing and its easy on the pocket as well.Do pay a visit whenever you visit Srinagar.

Please go to this place for a generous serving of indifference from the Manager of the place when you complain about finding a fly in your Chocolate cookie shake. Staff is devoid of courtesy; wont even offer for moneyback or a replacement if something is wrong with the order. Apparently very bad with customer feedback.Also, no ventilation. Two ACs are mounted on the wall to just show off and people end up gasping for breath in the claustrophobic booths.

This restaurant has nice ambiance, had good pizza and also many varieties. Can go here for a quick bite if you want to have fast food like pizza or shorma, but other food like tandoori chicken and biryani arent anything great and are also not reasonably priced other then that its a good place

Nice place in the heart of Srinagar City. If you are fed up with the local cuisine of Srinagar, this is definitely a go-to place. They have everything to offer from fast food, Chinese and North Indian to shakes and pastries. The place for sitting/dining is also well maintained and clean.

Zero inn is a restaurant on the edge of Jhelum in Rajbagh . Situated in one of the most busiest lanes of Srinagar, it has earned its name and fame. It has good food and service. The owner of the restaurant has a charisma and respects customers equally. A highly recommended place. Must visit when you are in Rajbagh.

Place is good enough, good service but the staff was not wearing masks other than that a good place to hop in as there is no huge rush also

Worst....Ordered momos at 8 pm, received at 9;30 pm. Opened the box, found that there was no sauce or mayo in it. Called them, they said well send it right away. Got a box at 10;30 pm and guess what. the box was empty. Tried calling them nobody answered. Everyone will see the fall of Zero inn very soon.

The fact that I havent personally had a good experience with the staff shouldnt make me downplay the quality of cuisine here. The tandoori is awesome and you wouldnt dare to not come again here for the same. Trust the staff at your own peril though.
