Very professional service. I required washing of clothes urgently as was traveling since few days. Even though they had a work lod due to maintenance , they picked up clothes from the hotel and returned back after finishing the job in few hours upon my request. Quality service was provided and I was all set to travel back.Highly recommend them.

Extremely irresponsible behaviour by the highly unprofessional team at UClean.I gave all of my curtains and cushion covers to them for dry cleaning (after repeatedly confirming that they can get the job done - going as far as calling their staff to my place to check the curtains before to ensure they will only dry clean these without causing any damage) It was only after assurances by their team that we sent the items to their store.The job work document handed over to us said Dry CLEANINGA few days ago, we walked into the shop to check the progress, and to our horror, we saw that our curtains had been put into a washing machine and were being washed with water! We objected to the process and asked to speak to a senior.The next day, we were called by Jamshed from U Clean, whos justification was that dry cleaning charges for one curtain are 199 however for laundry its just 90 per kg, hence they went ahead and washed these.Later, a customer care executive called and tried to justify this whole fiasco by saying dry cleaning is done by adding chemicals to a washing machine 🤷🏻‍♀️ and hence theyve actually dry cleaned our products. But the bill presented by them says premium laundry.In this entire process, Ive lost my barely a year old curtains and cushion covers which were extremely expensive, imported fabric. Despite strictly instructing to ONLY dry clean, the oversmart UClean staff has ruined our products. The curtains and cushion covers have not just lost all their sheen, but the net curtains are torn and damaged beyond repair. None of the products are in use able condition anymore.Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, the UClean staff are trying to act oversmart and fool us.Photo proof attached.

I gave my expensive curtains and cushion covers, and gave specific instructions not to use water, and agreed to pay the DRY CLEANING charges.It was by chance that I visited their shop after a few days, and to my utmost shock I caught them WASHING our curtains and cushion covers with WATER in their WASHING MACHINE.When I argued with the technician Jan Mohammed on duty, he CONFESSED that he had WASHED half the order with WATER. I conveyed my displeasure and reported the matter to his Supervisor.On the next day the Supervisor Jamshed called on phone and tried to justify the action by saying that they charge Rs 199 per curtain for Dry Cleaning and since the locals are not ready to pay this huge amount there they WASH the curtains with WATER and charge Rs 90 per KG.I told him that we had already consented to pay whatever charges were due for DRY CLEANING, then why did he have to WASH our curtains and cushions with WATER, that too when we specifically had instructed NOT TO USE WATER on our curtains and cushion covers.Subsequently, we got a call from their Customer Care Executive Jatin, who tried to be OVER SMART, and said that what we actually saw at the shop was not correct, because his version was that they WASHED the curtains and cushion covers with a special Chemical in the WASHING MACHINE.On challenging Jatin, as to why they WASHED instead of DRY CLEANING, he said the process is the same !!!In all this, our curtains and cushion covers have got damaged, they have lost their sheen and colour has also faded, as WATER was used on them. The curtains have even got TORN.UClean, has cheated us.Instead of DRY CLEANING, they have used WATER and WASHED them.The bill they have presented says PREMIUM LAUNDRY, whereas the order receipt clearly says DRY CLEANING..Instead of being apologetic the UCLEAN staff including Jatin and Jamsheed are trying to make us believe that we are wrong and they are right.I intend to file a case against them in the Consumer Court.I would urge everyone to be extra cautious while giving your clothes or stuff to them for DRY CLEANING, as they are not professional in their services.I have given them one star, as there was no option for Zero star.

The best laundary service in kashmir.Customer service is so good they responded very quickly. I just called and Mr. Izzat hilal was at my gate in no time to receive the laundary, he is very patient, polite and respectful to the customer. The laundary was clean as new, delivered with care on time and was well packed.Nothing to complain about, rates are reasonable. In sha Allaah going to choose them again for all my laundary services.
