Drive through is fairly quick. Meat portions on sandwiches do not measure up to expectations in descriptions or photos. Request of extra sauce on sandwiches seems difficult to receive despite several attempts over several visits. Maybe theyre trained that extra sauce is figment of the customers imagination and isnt a real request? However, Broccoli cheddar soup has consistently been a good pick.
The food is good but overpriced. My favorite meal is the chicken avocado melt with the 10 vegetable soup and an apple. They offer delivery but it is abhorrent and dreadful because they use a third party like door dash. I do not recommend asking them to deliver because third party delivery services are slow. I wish they would hire their own staff so they could have consistent delivery service.Gwen is an awesome manager and goes the extra mile for panera customers.
We used Panera as a caterer for our weekend event. The food provided was incredibly inadequate. We use local caterers every month and this is the worst we have come across. The food was ok, but there was hardly any of it.For breakfast on the first day, a small sandwich and an apple. Dinner was better, but still lacking. The second day consisted of a single small sandwich for each of our guests. No apple, and no cup for the 2 jugs of juice they provided. 2 half galling jugs of juice for 40 people.This place is a complete ripoff. We will never use Panera again.
So good to see people back in the restaurant again. The food was delicious. I had the pick two-turkey, avocado BLT with poppyseed fruit salad, so delicious with just the right amount of dressing! A must have!

We really like this place as a nice change up for lunch. Sandwiches, soups, and salad are all good, well-prepared and with fresh ingredients. A bit pricey, but we dont mind due to quality of food and service. The desserts are yummy too.
Their cheesy broccoli soup is delicious! Everyone there was friendly. Will go back again. We also picked up some of the fresh cinnamon rolls for breakfast the next day ...wonderful.. They were Yummy!!!
Yummy sandwiches were a nice change from burgers and other travel foods. This store was a bit tricky to find, but Google maps got us there after a few twists and turns. Some indoor seating is now available. Hand sanitizer is available and distancing is observed making it a comfortable place to eat in or take out. Will definitely plan to stop back by next time we are in town.
The food was immaculate as usual and there wasnt any wait for a Friday evening after 6pm. However, major mishaps do occur here. My vanilla iced latte was not ready when I went to pick the order up, as well as not being answered to after I thanked the driver on the drive thru screen. Pickup orders are only available to be picked up in store. I didnt know that, so when we thanked the girl at through the speaker and she didnt respond back one word. I work too hard yet I still pamper my working class self with some truly affluent people, gastrointestinal luxury food. So, I feel like I ought to get every inch of respect that is worth all the money I spent on 3 sandwiches, 2 cups of soup and a latte. Im just saying, maybe Im alone on this...
Love this place I went for the first time. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family now that I have moved and no longer can go to this particular location.
The staff here is always extra friendly and they go above and beyond. Today I tried a new item and I didn’t realize it came with something I have an anaphylactic allergy to on it. The staff was so understanding and made me a new one immediately even though it was completely my own fault for not reading the menu thoroughly.
Great Drive-Thru service. Quality food thats made fast and how you want it! Would definitely recommend for a quick healthy-ish (emphasis on ish) lunch stop!

If you want your food prepared with employees who are wearing a mask and washing your hands this is not your restaurant. Even the manager can’t wear a mask properly and cover his nose. Of course he does not make the staff cover their nose is either. Complained about the workers mask under her chin who prepared my food I said I didn’t want it and wanted a refund and wanted to speak with a manager. The manager comes out with a mask touching just below his nose still not covered. In order to slightly attempt to keep it over his nose he touched at 15-20 times while speaking with me. Obviously they don’t get the concept if you touch your mouth face or mask you need to wash your hands before you touch anything else. Multiple employees preparing food with no hand hygiene and not wearing mask. Basic sanitation is not met at this restaurant. During a pandemic you would think they be better but apparently wrong. No apology no refund. Avoid
This was my 1st visit to a Panera Bread and I must say that the experience left me rather disappointed. The prices did not reflect value in my opinion nor did the sandwich I purchased seemed worth the time and money. Again, in my opinion. I can think of several different options, home being the primary choice, where I can get a good tasting sandwich for a much reasonable cost
Stopped in to use the restroom..The restaurant Smelled very nice so I decided to get some food for my trip back to Seattle got the Mac and cheese which is actually pretty good and the broccoli chadder soup tho very surprised they dont have crackers so had to use won ton for crackers.Wait staff was helpful and niceVery clean restaurant

Panera was doing a great job being fast with their drive through, even though it was very busy. Although I waited in line I felt as though the line moved nice and quick. My only down side is that due to not being fully open they did not have loaves of bread.
Just waisted 17$ on a smoothie and a turkey blt sandwich, worst choice ever! It smelled so bad and it tasted so dry, hard and plain disgusting felt like I was eating cardboard 🤮 was not worth it and for 17$ 🤦 more like a 5$ sandwich or less.
This was our first time eating at Paneras and it was fantastic. I had won a $100 gift certificate and we were traveling so we ordered 2 full bags of sandwiches, drinks and goodies for the road. The coffee was excellent and went very well with the blueberry muffins. The light and flakey egg/bacon quiche was heavenly. All the pastries were top quality. We called in our order and it was delivered on time. We will be repeat customers for sure.
This was my first time having Panera. It was fabulous. I love the apple 🍎 chicken salad. The sourdough bread is very good.

The food is amazing favorite place to come to.. but the lady who worked this morning is extremely rude. It’s hard to hear with the masks, with the music, and with the plastic cover at the table. My fiancé couldn’t hear what she said so he asked kindly for her to repeat what she said and she yelled at him. Totally not okay. Very very upsetting and unprofessional.
Great access from the freeway and the mall, easy to get to due to the roundabout. With the added benefit of drive through and mobile orders, this is a great Panera when you want a healthy meal fast. Additionally, the interior is always clean and tidy, with a lovely patio as well for those warm summer evenings.
Always one of my favorites for restaurant chains, this Panera excels in that the manager himself visited our table to ensure we had everything we needed, and that was fairly impressive. We felt very welcome, not as if we were just a bunch of customers but more of a visiting family. Of course, the soup n sandwich combo was excellent as always, and I REALLY love their French onion soup. :)

Panera bread is just so good. Every single time. Do wish they would make some gluten free breads but they do have a great allergen tool to help guide your selections. My kids love the broccoli cheese soup, mac and cheese, baguette, cookies, green tea. I like the chicken Cesar salad, green goddess salad too!
The staff so far was always friendly. The food is always good and fresh for a good price. The food was not like WOW! It was just more like good. The place is very neat and clean. Overall I recommend going to Panera Bread!
I love Panera! The food is always good. They are consistent in quality. The staff are friendly and helpful when trying to decide what to eat. I have only one thing that irks me and that is the Agave Lemonade. There have been severalTimes that I’ve ordered it and the taste is not what it’s like when made correctly. I found that the drink machine with the lemonade was turned off. It wasn’t circulating so it had settled. Once it was turned back on a circulated for a bit it was fine. The last time I ordered it was through the drive thru. It was sour and didn’t taste like there was any agave in it. I didn’t go back for a new one as I hadn’t tasted it until I was 10 miles away and heading to work which was an additional 25 minutes to go.

Always good food at Panera!I suggest the Pick Two option for lunch. You can pick two items off of the menu and it is a packaged price. Options include salads, sandwiches and soups and it comes with a side like a piece or bread, apples or chips.On addition to fountain drinks they have some healthier options, various lemonades and teas, way better than fountain drinks.
Excellent salads, fun fresh drinks, hard to pass all the sweets... drive thru with easy access. Trailer parking close by.

Kelly, the gal that took our order was rude and condescending. We had 7 people in our party and she asked 17 times if we were together and if any of us had a rewards card. It was bad enough that the supervisor apologized to me unprompted. Get a different job Kelly. People arent your thing.
Tastes like they water down their large drinks, some drink but mostly water, if you get a regular sized drink its got so much flavor and you can actually enjoy it. The staff is friendly, but does it make up for the prices? Eh. Its hard to enjoy a sandwich when in the back of your mind youre thinking, this small serving really cost me such and such money. I only rated it so low because of the drink issue otherwise it would be a 3

Total chaos, long lines, took forever to order then a long wait to pick up food (was going to sit down and eat but took so long to get to the front of the line I ordered to go)Observing the kitchen, no good systems in place. Buzzers were going off saying the order was ready but it would be another 5 or 10 minutes until it was actually ready (making the stats look good)And to top it off, after being there for a half an hour before finally walking out the door, they didnt give me the cookie I ordered with my meal...Always good food, decent prices and healthy options

The boy at the window was to busy talking to someone to pay attention to me the customer, the total was s $10.27 he was presented with $20.27 he abruptly took the 20 & colsed the window left me with my hand hanging out the window with the .27 so I tossed it on the shelf under the window , the boy quickly accused me of throwing the change , at that point I explained what happened on my side of the window and left HE NEEDS RETRAINING.

Going down. Chicken Fuji Apple salad served with no chicken. Apples were really Red Delicious apple chips. Reducing quality and charging more. No more grilled or panini sandwiches. Just toaster ovens to dry the bread on a few types of sandwiches. Used to love Panera as a burger alternative...

This place is my best Friends and my new favorite place to go! The other day we decided to drop in and grab some lunch while we were shopping. She ordered hers. I ordered mine. We got our buzzers and sat down. It wasnt long before she buzzed and got her food, but mine never went off...After 20-30 minutes passed I decided to see what happened. The staff realized that they gave me the wrong buzzer and had the food sitting there the entire time. I was okay with just taking it and sitting down (Im admittedly low maintenance and pretty forgiving of almost anything); but they insisted they be allowed to make me a new panini AND give BOTH my friend and I a free pastry as an apology!It was the sweetest thing! We felt so valued.

The food is amazing but the service is always low. They have so many option you think they would not rush you or be mad when explaining whats in a sandwich but if you are in line for more than 2 minutes they get mad. I wish I could go back the food is amazing but the service turns me away everytime.

I love Panera in general, I love the bread most of all, (come on, who doesnt?!?) But the service at this location has changed recently. Forgetting to add in items in to go orders, not having the bread in the location, even though its available for purchase when online. Salad is frequently more brown pieces (I mean you expect some but this is alot more then normal), the site asks if you want your loaf cut, but it never is. Not customizing the sandwiches as ordered. Rapid pick up taking an extraordinary amount of time over what is quoted. I love Panera, I love their bread and healthier choices, but I cant justify coming here as frequently as I once did as I would spend more time ensuring that is done right, this makes it not as convenient.

My wife and I ordered two toasted bagels one with cream cheese one with butter. Both to go. We get to the car with our order and look in the bag and we have two slightly toasted bagels my wifes is cut so she has a sliver on top and a cold thick bottom. The bagels were not dressed. We had a nice size container of cream cheese and one tiny plastic container of butter but no knife or napkins. When I went back they acted like that was normal and I had made a mistake. If that is their business model I am not interested. What did I tip them for?
We came in just after a huge team bus and the staff set up so there was a free register for anyone not in the group to expedite things as their line was major. Great service and food.

Me and my family ordered the southwest chicken chili lime with ranch, chicken noodle soup and a cookie at the Yakima Panera Bread. The kitchen staff was very friendly, but the manager, who at the time was working the cashier, was very impatient and rude. While we were still deciding what to order he was scowling at us. When I ordered a chocolate chip cookie, instead of giving me a fresh cookie he gave me one in a bag that looked like it had been made a previous day. In all I am disappointed in the service because other Paneras are usually one of my favorite restaurants
While the food was excellent I was very disappointed in the service. I tried calling to place an order, they didnt allow that so I went online to order. Being disabled I pulled up toi the drive up window and asked for my order. They told me I had to come inside to pick it up. What kind of sense does that make?? I explained that I was disabled and it was hard for me to get around, and they reluctantly gave me my order. Whats the drive up window for?? Not sure if I will return, very disappointed.
