I had an appointment with Dr. Woo, who I highly recommend. She took a lot of time and answered all my questions.Very friendly atmosphere, I felt that I was in good hands.

I cannot commend Dr Laura Biffin enough, I have had a few consultations with Dr Laura Biffin for 3 different things. Each time she has been incredibly supportive and understanding. I feel listened to, safe and comfortable in her care which is really paramount for a medical professional. She followed up and called me personally post an MRI I had. I honestly recommend her to anyone. I have been an expat now for a number of years in different countries and shes been incredible so far. Thank you :)

We had a terrible experience, just wanted to get my husband’s cholesterol check. The nurse did not inform us (despite us asking)that the test has to be done when you are fasting for at least 8hrs, we met the doctor in the afternoon and he was very casual about the test too. Again no information was provided that the test has to be done first thing in the morning for the results to be accurate. Isn’t that the first basic step!! Obviously, the results were a beyond the permissible levels. The doctor should have at least asked us to take a repeat test to validate the report. Our common sense prevailed and we got another test done from some other clinic. The results are so different. It’s disappointing to see such callous attitude! We WOULD NOT recommend going to this place or meeting Dr Chris.

I had a terrible experience here. They carefully emphasized i should arrive at 0915 to insure things went smoothly. So i arrived at 0900 to be doubly safe. You can imagine my shock when the doctor did not keep his end of the deal. Finally I left at 0950 after 50 minutes without ever having seen a doctor. It is clear he does not think my time is worth anything -- or certainly not as much as his time. Fortunately there are doctors that do not abuse their patients time. This is NOT one of those places in my experience.For what it is worth, someone did call me at 1000 to apologize. Big deal. I was sorry too i had wasted an hour on them by then. Plus now i have to start over. At least i know to avoid this place.

Dr. Nicole Reidy is wonderful. When she is away or i need to be seen in a hurry other docs have filled in Ive been (almost) equally impressed. (Dr. Nicole is really special). When a specialist was needed she research to find the best fit without being locked into one system. And the nurses and staff at the front desk staff are LOVELY!! They are warm, personal, and go the extra mile. Ive never experienced care like this in the US. It is unheard of. Easy to make appointments and easy parking/bus & Cold Storage /Guardians on site at this very manageable location. I recommend IMC Jelita as highly as possible.

Always liked my experiencia with IMC: attentive doctors, efficient staff, but it was disappointing today. I needed to see a doctor for my child quite urgently, and they told that they are all booked and absolutely couldnt fit in any person. There is always a percentage of patients who dont show up for an appointment. I truly think that IMC could admit one person almost begging for an appointment for a child who is not feeling well.

Prompt, professional, helpful. Very happy with the service provided.
