It was unlike what the other customers have reviewed. The consultant Vicki is very pushy and comes up with all sorts of things to say in order to make me sign the package. She even say that the company will penalize her if I don’t sign with her, because it means she didn’t do well and I will cause her to have a bad impression. I even told her that she did well, it’s just that I don’t feel comfortable signing the package yet her tone instantly changed. None of her words were comforting and assuring. She said that everyone she attended to will definitely sign the package, so she’s very disappointed in me. I find it more disappointing that she’s disappointed in me as a customer, like what did I do to make her feel this way when I am the “customer”. I hope that the management will discipline her well, because such customer service is unacceptable. Such a bad experience, pls do not go to this branch or at least don’t choose this consultant. Thank you.

Pearl consultant keep calling me non stop (several times a week) to get me to book an appt for my facial. But worst thing is I do shift work and have to sleep in the day and yet I still get calls from her during my sleep 🤦‍♀️. When called to booked appt, the service consultant was initially polite. But when I refused to leave my contact for them to call back (because I cant book for the date I want), her tone changed for the worst. Really bad attitude. Why I dont wan to leave contact is so yall can stop calling me during my sleep. Can yall just let me sleep in peace!
