Hi there, I am just a local having a staycation with my family and we are very impressed with the level of service and friendliness of your team. Especially one of your staff, Ms Ashley who helped us with the check in.She is very knowledgeable and helpful, assisting us with our queries. She is a credit to your hotel and we are very pleased with our stay. The rest of the team are stellar as well, we have stayed in a few other hotels but this is the best experience we gave so far.Thank you so much, again we are very pleased with Ms Ashleys efforts in making us feel welcome.Cheers

Hotel has been doing promotions to attract staycation crowd, so it’s worthwhile checking out one of Singapore’s most significant heritage buildings. Didn’t fully experience the hotel’s grandeur on a short one-night stay. Decent-sized room had a balcony that was sadly walled up, but the periscope was interesting. Art pieces of Singapore along the corridors are worth checking out.

Most definitely one of the best hotels Ive stayed here. The personal touches and the customer service that they provide are top notch, and ice been to many 5* hotels all around the world. There are of course small things that can be improved, but ultimately the crew and staff of the hotel has uphold the standards of Fullerton. The hotel itself is located centrally, with lots of eateries, nightspots and attractions all around. It has been part of the Singapore Skyline, aside from the usual glass towers. The architecture reminds us of colonial times yet turned to a modern touch.Kudos!

Great staycation experience. Booked a courtyard room with club benefits. Room was slightly smaller than I expected but still comfy. Experience at straits club varies. High tea was average, evening cocktails was slightly better. Breakfast wise, its a much more private experience though the menu did not differ much from the main restaurant. However Service staffs were quite friendly and attentive at the straits club.

Stayed at the fullerton hotel for a few times and still love the view and experience. Especially when they also offer the straits club in the package where you can have free canapés/cocktail in the evening and afternoon tea in the afternoon. The breakfast at the straits club and the usual town restaurant is slightly different. During covid, they will serve you so no buffet style. You can even request for smaller portion food If you want to try more food. Would definitely come again If there is a chance.

Stayed here twice, once in the suite room and this time round in the Premier Courtyard room (with Straits Club access), and I have to say the overall experience this time round was very underwhelming. While I obviously expect there to be differences in terms of room size and layout, I do expect the service to be consistently good. I have to say my second visit at Fullerton really failed to impress me (but I might be a little nit-picky since my first stay was such a good experience).Pros:- Granted us early check-in- Tea selection during Afternoon Tea was great- Nice selection of alcohol during evening cocktail- Huge tub in room, and they super comfy bathrobes- Service offered at the Straits Club were mixed (some good some bad). In general, the male staff demonstrated more initiative and warmth in their serviceCons/things that can be improved:- Upon entry to the hotel, the staff could have guided us to the check-in counter instead of let guests figure out the way (This was done during my first visit but not this time)- Later check-out couldnt be granted beyond 1pm, which was a little disappointing, since we booked our stay during weekday (low peak period)- Premier Courtyard room is pretty small, and the window is facing the courtyard, so there isnt much privacy- The staff at the Straits Club were chatting rather loudly during breakfast time, even louder than the guests, which I didnt find professional- Lounge staff can demonstrate a little more initiative during breakfast time too - when asking customers if they want tea or juice, it would be good if they can let us know the selection available since it is not printed on the menu.- The food at the Straits Club wasnt very appealing. The spread of the in-room afternoon tea during my first visit was a lot better. Juice were not freshly squeezed. Their sweet treats were honestly not worth the calories - they taste worse than neighbourhood bakeriesI didnt find the club lounge very value-for-money, since I have had better experience at other hotels lounges (Pan Pacific and Mandarin Orchard). I thought the ambience and service was only okay, and the only thing they did well in is their beverage options. Also, they allow kids to enter the lounge even during cocktail hours (personally dont mind but this is quite rare in SG).I know Im being quite picky, but given that my first stay experience was so great (impeccable service and food), I was rather disappointed this time round.

We didn’t come for a stay this time. But came to collect a birthday cake for our daughter. So here we are, seated at the hotel’s (lobby) cafe - served by Lalikumar, Albert and Lucy…and boy did they spoil us! We had their high tea sets that offered limitless savouries and sweets, coffee and tea. Pretty awesome service, undivided attention, and a nice way to spend our afternoon reminiscing our past (we hosted our wedding here) at Fullerton!

Checked in on a Sunday at this historical 5 star hotel, with many good reviews. Was looking forward to the stay, but found out that many of basic services expected from a decent hotel was lacking. For example:1. There is no direct line to the reception. There is a line for concierge, but they cannot do anything apart from checking with relevant departments.Called concierge at least 4-5 times for basic stuff like asking for dining reservations, face mask, and our complementary wine that was included in the package, and asking for later check out. They did not return most of our calls after checking. We had to go to the housekeeping trolley ourselves to ask for things we need. We even had to go down to the check-in counter to ask for late check out.2. Late check out was not given.Mon-wed check-in was offered 6pm check-out. Sun check in was charged at peak rate, at least $100 more per night, but was not given even 1 hour later check out. When going to breakfast on Monday morning, we saw multiple check-ins done from 1030am.I really do not understand why do they allow such early check-in for Monday but not for late check-out for us.We checked in at around 4pm on Sunday, with ~30-45mins waiting time3. The room condition was less than ideal.Room Clock was spoiltThere is multiple Rice grains on sofa. There was even Long hair in shower area, bathtub and toilet bowl.Really not expected in a 5 star hotel.4. In room dining options have less than 10 decent options. For breakfast, the in-room dining QR code does not work. Called concierge and they mentioned that Town Restaurant breakfast requires booking but did not call us back after 30mins. We waited enough and went down straight to Town Restaurant to check it out ourselves. These less-than-ideal findings may be because they are dealing with more retail customers than they are used to, as there are much lesser business travellers during this COVID-19 times. It was indeed much more crowded than I expected, even though it is not a public holiday or school holiday.Overall, apart from aforementioned factors, the stay was still comfortable in general.

It really meets my expectation. wanted to visit this iconic & historical hotel for a long time, but feel a bit pricy during the normal time. Now the hotel is under promotion and even allows you for the late check out during week days , it is really worth to come during this period. The staffs are so friendly. The hotel has renovated the room lately. so everything is new and nice. The water of the swimming pool is warm and even the toilet cover is also warm. They want to keep you warm at the all-time ? :P... Do visit and support them during this hard time.... you will like it...

The service staff we met were polite and went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met. Special mention to Jun Wei and Steve Ho who attended to us during our stay who were both very professional. We were greeted with a beautifully decorated room, a great view, and was surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine with our in room dining meal. Booked the Club room and had a pleasant overnight stay. Living in a heritage hotel is quite an experience and I enjoyed the plethora of artifacts and historical exhibits across the hotel. Beautiful hotel in the middle of the central business district, walking distance to City Hall and Raffles Place. The checkin staff kindly gave me a nicer room with balcony instead of one with a courtyard. Since the hotel only has 8 floors, so not many rooms have a nice view of the city. We enjoyed the pool on the second day as the weather changed for the better. Buffet breakfast that was included with our room was delicious except that one waiter kept mixing up our orders with another table.Overall it was a great stay here. Bought the 1-for-1 staycation package from Klook for $500. Check-in was smooth and efficiently handled. The room was splendid, however, it was facing the interior, which could be a little underwhelming. The high ceilings and beautiful artworks make up for a gorgeous interior nevertheless. Emailed them to inform them that I would be celebrating my fianceés birthday, but was only greeted to 3 balloons tied to the bed, with no complimentary upgrade regardless of a request. The hotel staff moved quickly to address any request we had to make sure we got what we asked. The swimming pool had a great view but was pretty dated when it came to amenities when compared to other hotels. The staff at the pool was very helpful and caring, gave us a cold drink when the sun was too hot. Had a pleasant experience nevertheless, would definitely come back again!
