Situated at the center of Singapore, Fullerton Bay Hotel is in the heartland surrounded by the countrys skyscrapers and scenic view of the Singapore River.We were welcome hospitably by the hotel staff and processing time for check-in was finished within minutes upon my arrival.Because this stay was planned as a surprise for my partner, the hotel staff was accommodative towards my request and even prepared gifts to congratulate her on the occasion.We were treated to a spectacular view of Singapore. To our left was her towering Central Business District and to our right was her gorgeous view of the Singapore River.The spacious room and well-maintained equipment further made our stay delightful yet cozy.In a nutshell, my stay with Fullerton Bay Hotel was exactly what I paid for, splendid and all my needs were met promptly by her staff.

My husband and I had our mini honeymoon recently at Fullerton Bay Hotel and I must say that the service was impeccable. From the concierge, to staff at the La Brasserie restaurant, and to the cleaning staff, they were all very polite. Would definitely stay here again. :)One thing to note that wasnt so nice was that we had a call from the concierge at night, asking if everything was alright, and if we needed anything. This itself was a kind thought, but we suddenly heard a voice in the background, before realising that it was a call from the concierge. The phone answered by itself, and we didnt pick up the call, so it was kind of scary.

Booked a 2 night staycation with breakfast included. Room and facilities kept very clean and up to date. Love the breakfast portion , not too big as it allows to try other selection. The laska was really good. The front desk staff were generally very friendly and good customer service especially by a gentleman, Samuel. Would love to return again.

My family had a great staycation here from 10-12 Aug and we would like to reach out to thank the entire team for the exceptional service. We were initially pretty worried given this is the first time our 6 month old little boy is going out on a staycation. To our very present delight, the service provided was top-notched and the staffs were all especially attentive and responsive to our needs during our entire stay there, especially to the needs of our boy. Our boy had a very happy stay and we can tell by the way he was smiling throughout and sleeping well at night.We would also like to give a special mention to Mr Oliver from the concierge who made the stay a very unique and memorable one for us. He greeted us with enthusiasm whenever he sees us and is always prompt to offer us his assistance; his friendliness / earnestness made us feel like we are coming home. In addition, upon hearing our difficultly with juggling between our baggage and little boy, he promptly made special arrangements for us to park outside the hotel, which made our movement much easier. He even went the extra mile by ensuring that his other colleagues were made aware of this arrangement. We cannot be more thankful for this generous gesture; and it is this type of personal touch that made the overall experience at Fullerton Bay a wonderful and meaningful one. In all, the service standard at Fullerton Bay is remarkable and we will always be reminded of our amazing stay at Fullerton Bay; we will definitely return in the future!

Immaculate service from the staffs of the hotel. All the staffs were super friendly and very accommodating. Views were amazing. Would definitely come back for a staycation again. However, the toilet has no bidet so doing your business was a little bit hard HAHAH. Maybe the hotel might consider installing a bidet. The hotel restaurants are also non-halal so those muslims who are looking forward to staying here, do take note. There’s no direct parking, so you have to walk to One Fullerton, which is a 3mins walk.

Gorgeous hotel with impeccable service and standards. Opt for the bay view rooms to get an amazing view of MBS. The rooftop pool is lovely, and you must have an evening contrail at the lantern bar.

Luxe at one of the best hotels in sg.But its showing its age, tv signals was jittery and showers hot water didnt work well. Bathtub and sink were fine.The view is amazing facing MBS.And staff are great too.No direct parking to the hotel.. shared parking with the other Fullerton properties. 5 mins walk over.

Spent 2 nights at the Fullerton Bay. They were very kind to celebrate my 36th and service was top notch. Loved the ambience especially at night at the Lantern. Nonetheless, I felt that the hotel could have probably done more in terms of activities for guests such as bicycle rentals, yoga classes, etc just to fill up the guests itinerary. Could be a Covid issue, but as my mama always say, when theres a will, thered be a way. Would give 4.5 stars but alas, google doesnt allow me to.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Wonderful furnishings and a spectacular view . The staff were so polite and welcoming. They go out if their way to care for guests. And it started with the wonderful doorman. My only quibble was the savoury selection in the tea. But that could just be that I disliked 3 of the options and thats a matter of taste. Worth a visit for a treat.

Probably the best Staycation experience I had and will ever have. Booked the corner room and got a free upgrade to the suite. Not sure why I got it, but Im not complaining. The room comes with a stunning view of the bay area and part of CBD. All toilet amenities are easily found. Room services are prompt, staff speaks excellent English. Great speaker sound system, large TV, and did I mention the room came with 2 balconies? Yes, 2!Theres a selection of quality coffee, tea and soft drinks in their room bar. Theres also alcoholic drinks which is chargeable. Received a $100 credit at check in which you can use to consume any hotel services, just bill to your room. We used it for in-room dining and was completely worth it.Fullerton Bay Hotel just raised my staycation experience standards so high Im afraid nothing will beat it. I swear I am getting separation anxiety 15min into my staycation. 10/10 will return.

This is one of my top 5 fav hotels in Singapore. Amazing view, spacious room and lovely bathtub with tv. Whats not to like! I love the scent of their bathroom set from Balmain. The pool area is really nice, there are 2 small jacuzzi pool facing the bay. Morning breakfast was good but limited selection.. will definitely want to come back for another staycation

The ambience within the hotel area was very peaceful with excellent cleanliness of both interior and exterior. My wife and I enjoy our recent staycation at the same time celebrating our 27th Wedding Anniversary on the 12th of June. Its one of the best hotel among so many other hotel we have in Singapore. All the staffs are very responsible and helpful whenever request was made. Highly recommended!!!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Fullerton Bay Hotel for 2 nights, to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. We’ve done a few staycations in Singapore since the pandemic stopped us from travelling, and this was our favourite one. The beautiful hotel, fantastic views, excellent facilities, delicious food and wonderful, personalised service made it the perfect getaway.The service was great right from booking. The reservation staff were quick to reply to my emails, and always helpful and accommodating. The exceptional service continued throughout our stay, everyone from the front desk staff to those answering the phone, the pool staff to the hostesses and servers at Lantern and La Brasserie were wonderful. They made it a point to remember our names and preferences, greeting us personally whenever we saw them. We mentioned in the booking that it was our wedding anniversary and this was communicated throughout the hotel, so we were greeted with a sleeve of delicious macarons delivered to our room upon arrival, complimentary cakes at both Lantern and La Brasserie, and champagne and Moscato during our celebratory dinner at La Brasserie.Several staff stood out, and I’m sorry I didn’t get all of their names. The hostess who greeted us and reserved us a great table with a fantastic view at Lantern was lovely, and Chloe, Emma and the other breakfast staff at La Brasserie were all friendly, warm and professional. Kumar and Min, who looked after us at dinner at La Brasserie, went out of their way to make the occasion special for us. Kumar was energetic, outgoing and funny, treating us to some pink champagne to help us celebrate and making sure we enjoyed our evening fully. Min was quietly kind and thoughtful, arranging a lovely chocolate cake with an anniversary message on the plate for our dessert, and some Moscato to enjoy it with. We were so impressed with their kindness and generosity in particular, and with all of the staff at La Brasserie who went out of their way to ensure we were happy and enjoyed our meals. This was also the case at breakfast, where all of my special requests were happily met, and the food was of an excellent quality and very tasty.The whole vibe and atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic as well. The lobbies and La Brassiere are gorgeous and luxurious, and our bay view room was huge, with a great view of MBS, a balcony with a comfy bench seat, high quality amenities (both the toiletries and the excellent TWG tea and Nespresso coffee selection), an amazingly comfortable bed with silky smooth linens, and the best bathrobes ever! The rooftop pool is spectacular, we especially loved the jacuzzies with views of the city skyline, and the even more impressive views and vibe at Lantern, where we enjoyed some tasty truffle chicken pops and drinks as the sun went down. The booking system for the pool and gym were easy to manage and we were able to get all of the times we requested, even when we booked last minute. The pool was never crowded and the water temperature was great, and there were always some shaded loungers to enjoy (the couples daybeds under the umbrellas were particularly comfy). The gym was small but well equipped with top of the line cardio machines and good selection of free weights.This combination of luxury, quality and outstanding service means that we will be returning to the Fullerton Bay soon, both to visit their dining outlets and for another staycation.

My 1st time staying at this hotel and I will definitely recommend to others. Service from all areas are great. Range from main entrance staff to restaurants to reception to pool side. Room is huge and though didnt get direct view of MBS but still get to see the sea from balcony. The pool is beautiful during daytime and night time and jacuzzi is comfortable. Would definitely book another Staycation at this hotel.

We came here since (1) its a sister property of Fullerton Hotel across the street which we were staying in and (2) to check out the dining options since the restaurants can be charged to our room.What we encountered:. Snobbish, rude and discriminatory service from your doorman (in glasses) who tried to chase my wife out while I was not around, and making snide remarks that our infant will make a lot of noise. Later when I drove over to pick up my wife and infant, the same doorman ran to me at the driveway to specially convey the following remarks: this hotel is not open to the public and only hotel guests and guests with restaurant reservations are allowed in.Rude encounter experience at 5.30pm on 2nd May 2021.You are the shame of the hospitality industry and if all staff behaves the way you do, Fullerton Bay Hotel doesnt deserve any stars. Its all pretensions and snottiness under the glittering chandeliers and facade.

Despite the glitzy glamorous architecture, there was nothing to entice me to engage them for anything - not even a meal - much less a stay. Their cold and snobbish attitude made me feel very unwelcome even before I enter their doors. Strangely, I observed that their guests adopt the same attitude. For example, while queueing to safe entry into the building, an extremely inconsiderate stuck-up lady swung her car door open, nearly hitting my wife and what did the hotel employee do? Nothing. He stood there and watched.The hotel and the guests deserve each other. I definitely wont be a guest of this hotel. There are so many other 5-star hotels with much better service.Dont forget, this hotel might be beautiful but eventually, it is still the guest who is paying.

Architecture and surroundings were perfect. Room was a little dated, but nothing the view at the balcony cant fix. However, there was nothing to shout about their snobbish attitude. I called in to enquire on connecting my mobile devices to the smart TV, and was met with an OMG from the receptionist whilst trying to understand how it works. Suffice to say, didnt manage to connect, and definitely would not re-visit again. Breakfast set & food was sub-par, not value for money. Definitely many better five star hotels out there worth your time & money.

Wonderful hotel, in a premium location to enjoy Singapore.Rooms are very nice and the service is always there to help made the stay better.As with any hotel room service is stupidly overpriced and the variety could use and improvement as it is ok but for an hotel of this status you would expect them to come with some more special stuff.

Amazing customer service. All staff are so attentive, professional and extremely pleasant! They were a little delayed with the check in process but while waiting they made sure I was comfortable and let me have a check out which completely made up for it! Me and my wife had an great staycation and with all the options this is one of the best.

Stayed in many 5 star hotel. This is probably one that is rated lower on service. For the first time ever I had a hotel that ran out of water. We tried calling in room dining for half an hour but no one was attending to it. The gym is not ideal. There’s no towel for one so definitely not compliant with current Covid 19 environment. Imagine someone is rubbing their sweat on the machine and you are using next. How hygienic is that. Location is great but service is local 3 star

3.5 stars. They upgraded us to a suite which was awesome. View from our corner room was spectacular- mbs, cbd, and pretty much the whole Marina Bay.Pool needs to be booked but is generally underutilised. 2-3 jacuzzi pods with a good view.My gripes are that theres this crow thats targeting all of our food/drinks CONSTANTLY and is always crowing (calling for his buddies?) this really compromised our experience at the otherwise 4 star pool.Next, service is generally great (very polite and prompt) but I had to personally top up the nespresso machines water even after room service cause they missed that out. Giving - 0.5 star for that.

This place its outstanding. The rooftop has elegance, amazing views of Singapore Marina Bay area, good service and the greatest drinks and snacks. Of youre looking for an opportunity to see some night lights of the city you should visit this place. I will definitely came back again.

Stayed 1 night in the Premier Bay View Room with Jacuzzi for birthday staycation.The room is luxurious with fantastic day and night view of the bay. This room, 1 of only 2 in the hotel, has a private jacuzzi to laze in while you soak in the views.The service by the Fullertons staff is top notch and they go all out to make you feel special! 👍🏼

Stayed over the National Day weekend in 2020 during phase 2 of circuit breaker. Booked under Amex Fine Hotel and Resorts.Minor hiccups during check-in due to the safety measures in place. Arrived around 11am or so as we were worried that car park might be full, sadly we only managed to get our room around 2pm. The staff was apologetic and Christine offered to buy us lunch at Landing Point (which we declined as we had breakfast at Clifford) while waiting. This is a trying time for most as many have just restarted operations and are trying to deal with the multitude of requirements by the government.I’ve stayed at Fullerton and Fullerton Bay is on another level. A way to describe the experience at FBH is to put it as equivalent to first class on SQ. We were booked for the lowest category (facing custom house, Deluxe) and was upgraded to Esplanade view, Premier room. It was sufficient for us to be able to watch the fireworks from the balcony.In room dining was delayed and they gave us a 20% discount (I understand the KPI is around 30 mins or so). The app does not show if an order is successful nor provide any pending status update, you have to call instead. The food is splendid.We had a 2 month old newborn in tow and a baby cot along with bathing essentials was provided.We will certainly love to stay again. Do note that NDP weekends can get pretty crowded and rates are significantly higher too.

It is my 3 staycation at this hotel . Always a great experience: rooms, comfort, common area, pool and service. Food options are okay, but fortunately we can take a taxi and go to any restaurant for the evening.

We did a staycay at the Fullerton Bay Hotel for 2N3D.1. Rooms - The rooms are great, spacious and well lit and big enough to fit a baby playpen and still have ample space to roam around. The toilet has a standing shower as well as a big bathtub as well. They also helped us with baby bottle warmer, bottle sanitizer and bottle cleaning liquid (you need to email them prior to your arrival).2. Food - Though I felt the choices were a bit limited (for in room dining), Quality and taste was top notch.3. Service - Here, I had some difficulty in sharing a rating. Most times the service deserved 5 stars, from the butlers to the ladies hosting us for breakfast. My issue is with the fullerton express hotline that they have. I made a call twice to verify if the Inroom tea and coffee section is complimentary (since I had read it in multiple reviews). The lady on the other side of the call said No, both the times. Then, just before we were checking out, we checked with the person at the front desk and he mentioned it was complimentary.This leaves a bad taste in your mouth, not something that you would associate with FBH. It belittles your guests - hope you get this fixed.Cheers.

Got a city view room. The room quality and cleanliness is high. Beds were comfy. Has a narrow outdoor balcony to lounge and chill. Your location is near freaking everywhere touristy. Marina Bay Sands, Suntec, Marina Square, Millennia Walk, Esplanade.

We were given a complimentary upgrade to the Anderson Suite, one of 5 Theme Suites that the hotel has. This was a pleasant surprised. The Suite was impeccably furnished and maintained and was very spacious. It came with a king-sized bed, a bathtub (with its own television) and a study table. The outstanding thing about the room are its eye-catching views of the Marina Bay.Strongly recommend a visit to the outdoor rooftop pool at night to relax and soak up the fantastic night views of the skyline.Service throughout the hotel was excellent as well. A special shoutout to Amanda, who took good care of us and even arranged for some gifts when she found out that we were celebrating a special occasion. Its things like these that set the exceptional hotels apart from the others.We enjoyed the staycation and highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent place to enjoy the view of the waterfront and Marina Bay Sands over afternoon tea. Very attentive service. Quiet and cosy on a weekday afternoon. Food is average. Overall, still a great venue for couples or small groups.

Stayed at this expensive hotel for 3D2N with breakfast recently, we paid for the waterfront view n it was fantastic, staring at the new Apple epic centre from our balcony. The room was great except that the housekeeping does not replenish shower gel, shampoo or sea salt the next day expecting us to make do with whatever that were remaining. The 2nd morning we had our breakfast at the La Brasserie, ordered scrambled eggs, chipolata n bacon. Waited for quite a while n to my horror, the chipolata n bacon were burnt I was so shocked that a 5 star hotel can produce sub-standard food. (Too shocked to take a photo) Even my daughter can cook much better scrambled eggs, pan fry Chipolata n bacon than the chef at La Brasserie. My husbands breakfast which he had orderd pancakes n bacon was overcooked n dry too. Feedback to the waitress n she had mine changed. She later offered to give a complimentary small serving of congee to my husband, Im like hello its my breakfast that was burnt n I had to wait a further 10-15 mins but he declined as we are not some country pumpkin. If we wanted other choices we would have orderd earlier. Very disappointed with the way the restaurant handled the situation.

Service is not great. Been waiting 2 hours for the staff to sanitise the room. They’ve asked us to sit outside at the landing point and order drinks for 2 hours which is poor. This is meant to be a 5 star establishment and have not met the standards for the service they are expected to provide. Please contact me if necessary in regards to this at 91084610 as we are still sitting in the heat waiting on our room.

One of my favorite local bars. Walk through lobby and go up stairs and sit in the outside bar in the evening. Cool off with a nice GnT and order some appetizers. Enjoy the rest of the evening right there just relaxing and taking in the view and if youre lucky you will catch a little Fullerton Bay breeze

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Easily top 5. The bay facing suite is remarkable. We had a corner room with balconies on both sides (Robinson suite). Great bathroom with nice amenities, enormous tub, equally large shower stall and separate automated toilet. Hardwood floors in the large bedroom and attached sitting area. Floor to ceiling windows all around with automatic shades and blackout curtains. There’s a short interior hallway with a door at the end that separates the back area from the living room which is big and nicely furnished. The side balcony overlooks the Fullerton plaza and has very nice views but the front balcony view is amazing. 180 degree view of the entire Bay, it’s just incredible.As nice as the room is, the service outshines it. Absolutely everything was outstanding. From check in to check out every person we came in contact with added to the experience. The food was good in the restaurants, tea area and from in-room dining room. Service was always fast and friendly. One little thing I loved is almost every person we came in contact with asked us how our stay was going. Small detail but it allows something to be done about any issue you might have rather than asking at the end when it cant be corrected. We had no issues during our stay but it was nice that they checked. Another not so small detail we appreciated is that managers were out on the floor interacting with guest in the lobby areas, not hiding in a back office.Truly an incredible stay. We will definitely be back. Also can’t wait to try the big hotel.

Singapore hotels really are top notch. The Fullerton Bay Hotel is no exception. Under the guise of the Fullerton Heritage (with a historical background), the place offers clean rooms, full amenities and wonderful service.It is near the Merlion Park, Marina Bay, and other tourist destinations here in Singapore, hence the location is excellent. Very accessible to a lot of buses and places, so going around the country wont be a hassle - as a tourist.Indulge yourself in this hotel.

We had a beautiful stay here, the rooms are modern and clean. The best buffet breakfast Ive had anywhere in the world!! I still dream of the salted caramel sauce waffles I ate for breakfast here (there was also fruit, yoghurt, cereals, but I also choose off the menu they provide.. all options were amazing!). Wonderful hotel I hope we will be invited back someday!

Splendid stay! Booked a Premier Room and was upgraded to a Theme Suite. Wow! I love the service. We were greeted once we alighted from the vehicle and it was all smiles from then on. Staff are courteous and professional.The frontdesk staff, Yugen was exemplary in attending to our queries. He UPGRADED us and walked us all the way to the Robinson Suite to inform us of the surprise. Wonderful!The suite was a delight. The unobstructed view of the bay is astounding. Beds and pillows are super comfy. In-dining room service was pretty quick and delicious. Room service was polite and prompt. Breakfast was delish with an assortment of food to choose from. It cannot go wrong when you have the view of MBS while dining. In room entertainment was superb, they have a decent range of channels to keep you occupied and they even have chromecast! The rooftop jacuzzi came with a view of Esplanade. The pool was decently sized for doing laps.In summary, the service rendered is exemplary which other hotel chains sorely needs improvement on.

Great training facilities for a small group

I like the view from our room, it was refreshing. Room was comfortable, clean and well organized. Bathroom was good enough. Will definitely be back!

We have just had a week here and we couldnt have been happier. It is a luxury 5 star hotel for sure, but what makes it so is the staff. Every staff member is pleased to see you no matter how many times you pass by, and without exception, they cant seem to do enough for you. I have never before experienced such willingness to help. The rooms are spacious and luxurious and it is worth upgrading to a premier room to overlook the bay and city beyond. We will certainly stay here again.

Service was very good. But the variety for the high tea buffet was not as much as it used to be prior to Covid-19. I prefer the previous menu better.

It’s an extremely nice and amazing decorated hotel. The pool with the bar and the nice view of the Marina Bay is one of the best spots in Singapore.Even if you are not staying at the hotel, you are able to have a drink at the bar and enjoy the view.

Went to the Heritage Brunch. Lovely food but service was only reasonable... constantly trying to get attention of staff .

It was one of the most luxurious hotel I have visited so far. the entrance to service all been world class. The drinks, the food, the ambiance, the attitude of people, the decor, the design and the the quality of materials been used were extremely highest standard. The perfect place for spending a great and memorable evening.

Best hotel Ive ever stayed in my life! When you check in at Reception the staff actually take you to your room and explain to you all the facilities. The bed is super comfortable. Roof top bar has the best view overlooking Marina Bay Sands. High recommended!
