Dr. Tan is an excellent Specialist, very kind, professional and detailed. The staff are also very efficient and friendly .my problem nipped. Thank you so much. Am really grateful for the time and effort taken.

I have suffered from eczema for almost 20 years now and I get the occasional flare ups. Recently I went to see Dr Tan HH cos my current meds/creams were not working and he was very thorough. He presented a lot of options - each with pros and cons, and ended with his recommendation - which meant me having to seek treatment the NSC (because only NSC has that treatment). I was impressed with Dr Tans professionalism and EQ! He empathised and provided solutions. I will def recommend him to all. Special mention to his staff as well. They were friendly and kind. Thank you!

Booking was fast and doctor explained medication clearly

Dr Tan attended to my skin pigmentation, he is willing to gently explain my issues & the treatment proposed. He starts from creams & other topical treatment & not immediately jumping to expensive laser treatment like some other clinics. I have seen improvement after a few weeks.

Dr Tan Hiok Hee is a great dermatologist! Very thorough and professional, with great bedside manners.1 year later and I’ve recommended more than a dozen friends/ colleagues to see him - two of them were detected to have skin cancer. Fortunately they were diagnosed early!

Sent my daughter to remove a skin tumor. I asked the front desk to help me file for insurance. She said I had to do it myself which I did but was rejected by insurance company as the claim had to be done at the clinic. When I told the staff in charge, she said oh, I thought your company can do it for you. I was very unhappy but kept my cool and told her that my daughter was not working and she should have known that as she was only 11. Till now I am not sure if the staff has filed for me the claim! Dr Tan is good. But her front desk nurse is terrible. Went down a couple of visits for consultation and her attitude is completely unacceptable. Merely asked a couple of questions over the phone and she HUNG UP on me without me completing my sentence. When I got there then to realise that she had long gone home. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Impatience and arrogant.

Dr Tan Hiok Hee is caring and professional. The clinic staff are pleasant and helpful. The clinic atmosphere is calming.

Doctor is OK and expensive, 10 minutes cost 120, the reciption is really rediculous

Dr Tan is very knowledgable and really helped me with my skin condition when even skin centre couldnt. Im glad i found him and will continue treatment with him.

Was really expensive treatment. But worth it. Manage to see alot of difference
