Cozy place for some well cooked and great tasting Thai food. The Chef is Thai.which makes the difference. Its not air con but is airy with good ventilation and fans. Make sure you also get a bottle of iced water!

Wang Thai Kitchen. Blk 92, TPY Lor 4. We came here by chance as most of food next door at Ocean Curry were running low. No regrets at all. Every single dish we had was fantastical. Garlic pork was really tender. Green curry was exceptionally tasty and creamy to a certain extend. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely coming back for more good food soon.

Did a double take when I walked past this shop coz of the super garden decor hanging from the walls and ceiling! Ordered some items to share and heres what I think:1)Tom Yum soup is super spicy!!! Not for the faint hearted. Tastes great, but next time I will ask them not to put the cut chili padi inside.2) Olive fried rice was salty (as it should be) but fried until fragrant too. Nice touch to add the thinly sliced mango.3) Red Ruby with jackfruit to cool down my mouth after the Tom Yum fire.

2nd visit there. Surprising find. Very nice Thai food. 1st visit we had their abacus seed, roast pork kway chap and lala bee hoon. All very good. Way above average and the abacus seed had an interesting twist to the non Thai ones. This visit as the sambal fried kway teow came out first it overpowered everything else. Highly recommended!! But if you are eating other dishes, taste the others first!

A surprise find. Decided to give them a try while walking past the shops at Toa Payoh. Wasnt disappointed, in fact I was quite blown away by their dishes. This is also one of the few places I know that serve abacus seeds, which are quite hard to find; they did a fantastic job of it too. Will definitely go back, even if its just for the abacus seeds

I’ve ordered a normal Phad Thai, which co gains fish and prawn. Considering the ingredient used, it’s very generous to its price of $6. By comparison, it’s far value for money and tasting to other Thai chain outlet present in Singapore. It would continue visiting.

The basil chicken with egg rice is nice and generous in portion. My friends love the crab omelette very much. I personally feel that it’s tasted better hot. So do eat it hot if you order it.

Im a frequent diner here with colleagues and the taste never disappointed. They have affordable lunch specials such as basil pork rice set at $6.80 and salted egg fried rice at $5.50. The portion is big and we usually share the fried rice among 3 girls.Their homemade tofu and garlic chicken are amazing, must order for group lunches. The owners are very friendly too! :)

Average food, terrible service. There werent many customers at the time my family went, but the guy behind the cashier seemed too busy to want to take our orders/queries. The guy clearing up the table was also inconsiderate as he wanted to clear my half-finished food TWICE. Absolutely grumpy staff.
