I really liked the rooms n yes first n for most staffs r very well mannered wth the guest n everything is perfect excellent rooms n staffs r very help ful.Next time we would be happy to to have the reservation out here.

Worst hotel I have ever booked.. They are asking too much unnecessary and illogical questions..i was checking in the hotel. First they denied to check in because I am getting the room in low price via OYO rooms. They are showing in OYO that rooms are couple friendly but they asking extra amount for couple friendly rooms. Then they strat asking questions related to religion.Note:- if you are couples and want to stay in Siliguri then never book this hotel.

Just dont book this hotel. Just dont.. No matter what someone says. Its a scam and fraud. Charged me with extra 800 rs more than the price in oyo. The room looks good but its a total fraud. They have transport business but running hotel in a scam manner. They have a complete drama team tu lure you into trap. The staff behaviour is the worst. I have never been so shocked. Rs. 2200 for one night andvthat too a medium size room with no towels and broken tv. They accused us of stealing towel and made us wash bedcover for tea stain.

Luxury and well furnished rooms and staffs have very good behaviour with the customer...

They have switch for AC and geyser at the reception. They switch it on and off at their will
