A great place for a day outing. I will suggest everyone to buy ticket of ₹200 per head for Safari, it will cover all the animals. There are various types of tickets. If you only want to enter the park then it will cost only ₹30, for Safari there are 2 types of tickets. ₹100 and ₹200. ₹100 will cover some animals like Deer, Bear etc. On the other hand ₹200 ticket will cover all the animals like Deer, Bear, Leopard, Tiger etc. This safari is too much enjoyable for the kids.

Its simply thrilling to see big cats out of the cage. Good work by Govt of WB.

Wonderful experience to visit for family. This is a very good place to go for a weekend or on the way to the hills, for Darjeeling or Sikkim. This is very close to Siliguri, the gateway to the Dooars and onward to the North-eastern Himalayas.

Amidst lush green environment. Surely enough to take the stress out of you. We just paid a visit on the way to coronation bridge. The best time to visit would be in the late afternoon and evenings. Must try the toy train ride. But not the Safari. The Safari in the van is pretty fast. They just take you around for namesake driving very fast. Overall a good place to visit with your loved ones, friends and family.

Loved the greenery and everything of this exclusive place. The safari cost Rs. 200/adult for 1hr and for children its free. Good to visit with you family and children. You can see Royal Bengal Tiger, Elephant, Panther, Bear, Peacocks, deers, rabbits and many birds. The most exciting part was to see Royal Bengal Tiger and Cheetah from 5-10ft distance only during our visit. Attaching the photos, so that visitor can understand the place well.

This initiative is for those who comes to Dooars and want to see wild animals in jungle but cant see any...... For them this is a small exhibition of jungle safari and wild animals...... The interesting thing is that in this safari the animals are remains wild and you will be in a protected bus......For kids its a must visit place......

This is a highly underrated place which should get a lot more attention than it currently does. Amidst the vast forests of Sal trees, this safari is one of a kind. You get public vehicles like Totos, Autos and Cars which can take you to this place although reaching there in your own vehicle would be advisable. It has numerous species of birds and animals and deer, rhino, bear, leopard and tiger are the main attraction. This is because these animals are not kept in a cage and they roam about freely in the forest. You will be taken on a tour in closed air-conditioned cars (Force Traveller) and the journey is amazing. I enjoyed it here much more than what I did in a Alipore Zoo where the animals are mostly caged and hence, deprived of their natural habitat. This place deserves a lot of attention and this is how all the zoos in India can be. Highly recommended, must visit!

Area is good and safari service is also good and the staff are very carefull.

Must visit place in Siligudi. Visited on 14 Feb 2020. ₹200 grand safari of 1 hour is the better option. This includes tiger, leopard, bear, deer & other herbivore safari. ₹25 train ride is a joyride & good for kids.Bonsai garden & medicinal plant garden are in dire need of care & can not be visited. Rest all part of Bengal Safari is good.Drinking water, toilets, food court & vehicle parking facilities are available within the campus.

This is the most amazing Safari in this locality its located little bit outside of the Siliguri town...If you want to really enjoy the Safari properly visit by taking out time almost 4-5 hours with your family or your loved ones so that you can enjoy most of the things...Here you can see many animals like tigers (white tiger is also there),Lions ,leopards, Monkeys, bears, peacocks(white peacock is also there), crocodiles, deers, etc. And most amazing this is if you go with the children there toy trains are available in which your ward will love to ride in it and air-conditioning mini bus ride is also there...Food court also available inside you can have anything you like...Some of the photos are attached below...

Wonderful park. This park is properly divided with specific areas for wildlife and adventure. Please visit with family and friends. Visit the inbuilt museum which contains different flora and fauna apart from normal rides. Watch cultural shows and demonstration with proper sound and light. Restaurant available, so you need not carry foods but I recommend carry your own foods for hygiene. Tourist rest room is also available. Winter is the best time to visit.

Safari is good. Good place to spend time with family. There is scope for improvement in the pavement which can be made baby trolly friendly.

I just love this place .... such a peacefull environment ... with a proper hygiene with a well maintenance ..... you can see royal bengal tiger, ghariyal, crocodile, rhino etc but for that you have to pay something around 200 rupees and you can also have an elephant ride at 300 rupees ...... this is a good place to hang out which completely separates from your busy life ..... Day trip from Siliguri. Suitable for all ages. Zoo has a lot of different birds. The wildlife safari is very enjoyable..

A nice place to spend the day with family and friends! Lots of amusement for kids and adults alike. Wild animals like white tigers,leopards,rhino,bears,deers and birds like peacock can be seen during the course of the jungle safari.

Overall nice experience. The park is spread over an enormous area. We got to see only the Crocodile park, the aviary and wild cats as the safari rides were all sold out. The aviary was very nice and we could see some very colourful and amazing birds like white peacock, parrots, macaw, etc. We also saw a few wild cats.There is a large parking area and resting areas here and there.

Although a kind of zoo since all animals are in enclosed area but the experience is of an jungle safari where we can view the animals without any fences just the bus being a barrier between us and the lovely animals . The other benifit was all animals which are their can be viewed and not like a jungle where animals are to be searched and sometimes they dont come out of their hiding and are missed a fun an entertaining place for family

We enjoyed the safari a lot. The main attraction is Lepard, tiger, varieties of birds, bear, Rhino dear etc. It charges around 200 to 300 Rs. per person.

The safary is nice. We saw leopard, bengal tiger, deer, monkey bear etc. Though the driver with us was not friendly. The cars are fully air-conditioned and clean.Itll be fun for kids.

The varieties limited but it is worth the money and time.The current charges for one hour of Safari travel is Rs. 200 per person. There are specified timing for elephant rides. It is usually in the morning 10:10 a.m. and in the afternoon after 4. However the timings may differ.We got to see Bengal tiger, black bear and leopard, lot of deer and peacocks. They have a nice collection of birds as well however they deserve better care.They have a souvenir shop and food court as well.Overall it is a nice place to visit.

Travelled to and fro this route thousand times but never realised how good this place was. A great place to visit with your family and friends and have a good day off just few minutes outside the hustle and bustle of the city.

There were leopards, royal bengal tigers, white peacocks, black bears, one-horned rhinos ... but I really liked the fact that the tigers were not caged. All in all, the Bengal tour was great.

It was an excellent experience. The whole safari was full of excitement. Totally organised whole safari. We viewed Deer, Himalayan Black Bear, Leopard, Rhinoceros, so many different type of peacock and most excitingly the Royal Bengal Tiger. All are from the AC safari bus and mostly from 6 distance. Good initiative from Dept of forest and Dept of Tourism, Govt of WB jointly. We spent almost four hours incliding the one hour grand safari. Tickt is very reasonable. Rs. 200/- per head for the safari. Food is also very good in side the park in food court. Thali, Chinese and indian cuisine available. Nice trip for a day.....

A must visit if you go to Siliguri or Sevoke for any reason. Its an initiative taken by West Bengal State government itself and hence its a man made zoo type which provides safari like experience and thats why its called Bengal Safari. There are Leopards, Royal Bengal tigers, Black Bears, Peacocks, Dears and many more to see. Its an wonderful place for the kinds specially as they are having a toy train also. None the less you will love it - highly recommended.

There is only one bear, one tiger, few deers, and few monkeys. Thats all.

The zoo have multiple animals in it and the Bengal Safai is really awesome. We got to see elephant, tiger, deer, peacocks, bear etc. All this very closely. It is located around 10kms away from Siliguri, ticket Rs. 200/person.

Great place for people of all ages. There are packages depending on the how many types of animals you want see.You have to select the time while booking the tickets. Bus number will be provided with the ticket. Then you just have hop on the correct ac safari bus and enjoy live show provided by nature. Nice place to visit with family specially with kids as they will enjoy more. There are basically three types of safari of which Grand safari is usually available (Rs 200 each person which is highest one). Luckily we get to see Tiger in Tiger safari. Overall Safari was good, it takes approx 1 hr to complete the safari. My son enjoyed a lot. There are also playground for children and restroom. You can also have some snacks if u feel hungery.

Firstly I would like to thank West Bengal Zoo Authority, Govt. of West Bengal for such an initiative. Its a good Safari Park very nearer to SILIGURI.There is customized Safari and the cost of the ticket is reasonable. Those who choose for Safari need not to buy entry tickets as that is included.Tickets can be bought online or from counter; but counter remains closed for break from 12:45 pm to 1:30 pm. Car parking facility, Food Court, Childrens play area, drinking water, Wash room, Cloak room facilities are available here.Plastic in any manner is totally banned in this Park.My personal request to the authority to think about a specialized Snake Park.

Its a must to visit place, also if possible take both Safaris (Grand and Elephant). Grand safari will cost 200 per head and Elephant safari will cost 300 per head.There is a food court also in the campus which provides decent foods in reasonable price.

It was a great and an amazing experience. The zine division of the animals according to their respective food habits allow us to enjoy the safari very distinctly. The Safari ride allow us to view the animals like deer, tiger, leopard etc. Great view from the bus and a good and fine behavioral treatment from the guide let us to enjoy the whole ride. I advise you to go there early in the morning and enjoy the Safari with your family members. The Safari is open everyday except Monday. Go there and enjoy. There are some Bird cages which allowed us to see the Macao, Asian Chicken, Cocktail, Bill stocks, etc and crocodiles and turtle are also there! There are some peacocks and peahens are there. A Beer zone and a Leopard zone is available.

Expected to see animals in Zoo.But there is no animals atleast childrens to view elephants tigers etc⁹

Suggest to include more battery operated cart for elderly and children. Nos of animals also need to increase. Best time to visit before 10 am.
