Worst worst worst ever... Being a med student myself this is the worst ever that someone can come across... The only thing shes bothered about is the high amount of fees... Im ashamed that we hv such ppl in the fraternity... The doctors in the government hospital are much much better and caring and decent towards the patient... And her consultation and disgusting behavior did not make upto the ₹1000 consultation fees...its a nightmare and trauma to go for a checkup... And the diagnostic charges are too high... Whereas in any other reputed diagnostic centre its much less... Please save ur money and go to any other doc.. Not her...

Worst doctor..she is a devil, she is the stigma of medical profession..My experience is horrible. Great experience. Very nice attention to all patients. Well appointment clinic. All the service facilities are there and one stop infertility clinic. Doctor Kavita Mantry is really amazing person and very professional and very helpful manner.

Family clinic ivf centre... My great mistake that why i choose that kind of doctor.. Childless couple hopes for the clinic and for better treatment but... That doctor prescribed unwanted lots of injections for me.. Me and my husband did all things what she told for us.. She never explain anything clearly to us... Her behaviour towards us very rude.. What to do no any option i am helpless desperate i want child so i trust her but my all trust goes in vain... I spent lots of money at familyclinic.. Right now i am not well... I just hate family clinic and their services.moneyminded doctor.. She wants money money only... Be professional and kind please show ur empathy for helpless people... Dr Kavita Mantry is a money minded Doctor. Never visit this Doctor if you are pregnant she will spoil your case and would talk about other means of pregnancy which would yeild profit for her

She is the most Experienced Doctor.She always Talk about TREATMENT not the PACKAGE.We should keep PATIENCE while undergoing the process of treatment by Dr.Kavita.....As all the success stories is shared in family clinics Facebook page i too have a great experience regarding her treatment.My Dreams Came True ONLY due to HER....she is always supportive as a MOTHER.....THANK YOU MAM....

What type of nonsense, they run advertisements , first time I went i paid 4500 for nothing , then another 2250 for blood tests!!!when we were in the doctors chamber she clearly said 4500 will cover everything like checkup and visiting feesand it all is so fake , worst experience, I know medical expenses are high but the thing is the things over here are so money oriented , they try to squeeze money the hell they canI am so angry .

We belong to Medical Fraternity so some 1 suggested us to go there .. Our Biggest Mistake till date..No Protocol followed ..My Way or High way attitude.. Doesnt even allow patient/patient party to drink water inside the waiting room..Charges Exorbitant Fees for a simple procedure..Eg. 4000 Rs for a simple USG, Makes sure that u buy medicines from her own pharmacy n many others..In short Money Hungry Doc !! Dont go there please 🙏

Very very expensive for two small tests. I think we were cheated very badly and thoroughly. Guys watch yourself for these money sharks 🦈 in Siliguri. Never trust the Big Chamber People, especially this place. Very bad behavior, started our consultation with a unruly behavior from the doctor. Prescription is limited to purchase the drugs only from their own store.

One of the worst experience I have ever had!!!! Do not waste your money and time. Unprofessional behaviour, and extremely expensive. She didnt even explained properly that she will do a test. she started taking my blood while mumbling that she will do a test and I will cost 4500. Lol!!!I was shocked. I said I didnt bring this much cash she said, I dont care you cant leave the chamber until you dont pay 4500 Then I said I dont want any test I will just pay your visit fee which is 1000. She said no I have to pay 1500 extra because she already used some equipment to take my blood which cost 1500..lol what a rip offShe said so many bad things in Hindi saying that kha kha se uth k aa jate he, dont come to my clinic again..Didnt even get my prescriptionSo I told everything to my friend then he went to the clinic with me and I asked her for prescription she acted so rude and after all the attitude I finally got my prescriptionSo honest suggestion will be not to go there and stop others whos thinking to visit this clinic.

Scam. Avoid at all costs. Cheats. Totally unprofessional and money HUNGRY. The doctor without consulting or even talking, demands an upfront payment of 5000. When I asked her what it was for, she gets angry and says thats for Registration + Doctor Consultation Fees in a condescending tone. Which kind of Doctor demands 5k on their patients first visit? She was not interested in my medical history nor the current status of my health. As soon as I entered her cubicle, she was interested in what I do and what my husband does, where he works and how much he earns. Nothing even remotely related to my medical condition. She is not here to help people. She is here to cheat helpless, desperate people of their hard earned money. Pathetic excuse of a doctor.

This lady is extremely rude and completely unprofessional, She has no regard for her patients, treats her staff very badly. It makes me angry every time I think of my visit to her clinic. She made us wait for more than an hour for no reason and then tried to scam us with scans and tests. She is a total cheater. She is not here to help but to scam people.
