Very bad attitude of staff(specially the lady who takes calls for booking appointment) and the process of booking appointments is also pathetic. For some doctors appointment only appointment is allowed by call on a specific time and call remains engaged all time and after some time when the call gets connected the operator informs rudely thats all slots booked and wait for another 1 week for next appointment.The booking process is non transparent and it seems they do some unfair means to make the call engaged for 10-15 minutes. They even dont allow booking appointment physically which seems fishy.They even promote going to Neotia.This unfair practice needs to be stopped and I will try to go to consumer forum to teach them a lesson.Even whoever is reading and facing similar issue can go and lodge a complaint in consumer forum.

Very helpful people. They staff and all are really nice. They stay under tremendous pressure, thats why they can rude at times..we should be okay with that.Theyre the frontline workers and help us amidst this pandemic.All medicines available. Great.

Worst Experience. The receptionist are not at all professional. The will ask you to call for booking the names but will keep the phone busy during the specified time. They do not have any appropriate information about any doctor. They have a huge list of doctors but most of them do not turn up.

Pathetic service and pricy behaviour of stuff, I have been trying to book appointment for a doctor from last one week, the stuff is asking to call at 5pm, if I call at 4:55 they wont book the appointment, after 5 I have called 30 times till 5:08, except once, everytime it was coming busy and the only time it rang, they didnt pick up and after that they are saying all slots are booked, when I questioned why they didnt pick up my phone the reply was Go to Neotia to visit the doctor.... extremely arrogant, unprofessional behaviour specially by the lady and preferential booking system.....it happens in small towns like this

The place is approachable and is quite known.I had my visit to a pedestrian name Arkya Saha.As I was visiting another doctor in sevok road, it was becoming far from my place to visit Dr.Khemka.Thought of options someone near.I had a phone call conversation with Arkhya Saha and called medimall and took the appointment.The booking was given for 7 and doctors arrived 7.15 pm.The place is why quite crowded, although they have seating arrangement,but thats not enough to accommodate the expected crowd.I was standing for a long time with my baby and got tired and was also in fear if I get infected with so much crowd.Finally my turn came to visit him.About the doctor-He is patient.. listens to your query in details.Try to get to the roots and does RCA.My baby was suffering from stidor.he immediately adviced what precautions can be taken and adviced only relevant medicines , unlike others who keep on writing names of the medicines by just listening to the complaints.He sit in other places as well.. He asked us do to a follow up and also gave us his number incase of emergency,which is very required for me as a mother of a LO.I am glad to connect with him, Would recommend , if your looking for a doctor just a call away.

Well behaviour staff, many doctors are available here different types of heath issues, all types of medicine are available

If you visit this place for visiting a doctor you will be treated as General cast, if you visit for showing your test reports they will treat you as ST/ SC... The lady sitting at reception is an idiot.... Dont expect much and dont expect good behaviour atall

It opens at 9:30 am but I have called here several times till 10:35 am and still their phone is switch off

Great store. You get all medicines required. The staff is very polite and there are many doctors available always.The people giving one star reviews are the ones who just had one bad experience. Dont judge for the one incident.

This is like to inform all Siliguri People that in this medimall Clinics service is worst I have ever faced in my Life . I am trying to get appointment of Dr. NADEEM PARVEZ in medimall for last one week as my brother facing pain in his stomach . As per medimall receptionist they are taking appointments only through call at 5 pm but when I have called today at 4:59 to 5:00 pm they are telling that please call after 5 pm and disconnect the call . After that I am trying to connect but all time got their booking line engaged. As ter their version we have to call this line at 5pm everytime and by god grace if our line connects then only we will get this doctors appointment.They are telling that you have to keep trying daily basis to but when we are getting line they disconnected. My only request of these kind of clinics that please dont play with human beings life .

Medi mall is a mutispeciality doctors clinic with pharmacy.

Fixing an appointment with a doctor is a nightmare..they will ask you to call up umpteen no of times and finally tell you that the no. Of patients the doctor will see is over... frustrating..

The doctor Atul Ray who is MD in medicine the media mall send derma patient to them they prescribed wrong medicine and mom got reaction in her face.Even after knowing he is MD medicine why they send derma patient to them they could have directly said no derma doctor available

Horrible staff horrible facilities......I m just fed up of taking appointment....since continuosly past 2-3 week I just try to get an appointment over phone by visit.....bt everytime I cal them they said call after 5 even calling after 5 they said it is full try next day....later on I tried to cal them 5mins before 5 ...bt still the same even I called n I visit too told them that I m trying to get an appointment past 2-3 weeks...n Im a out of the town came from a long distance plz try to adjust or take advance appointment bt its waste of time money n humanity....u dont deserve a single star

Dr sayani Agarwal is a very careless doctor. A doctor should be responsible for every patient but she doesnt have any responsibility. Unprofessional doctor.

This is the place for rich patients, poor people cant afford the doctors fees and medicine. The medicine available in this hospital also very costly. Otherwise treatment of doctors is good and well arranged hospital....

The receiption man charged me 600 but actual amt was 500 but doctor was good he gave me good medicines

They are just making fool.... And they are doing illegal work which I saw today. I went for my checkup but when they charged me 600rs as Dr fees, thought it was excess so I asked for the bill but the RESIPSONTIST said first go for the checkup n medician so I did, after that when I asked for bill she simply said Dr is gone so cannot give the bill I was so surprised to see such unprofessional hospital like this.. Ill never ever refer someone to this hell.

Bellow D grade facility here. Third class respond. The staffs are inhumans, idots, rascals, and stupid type fellows. Not responding call all the time and when you connect the line, they had cut the line immediately. Rascal fellows, bloody inhumans..

Doctors are excellent but the receptionist are worst...i dont want to visit it againThey dont even respond to phone calls
