In 21st century, even 4 years after demonetisation they ask for cash, make sure to visit an ATM before you come to this place. I don’t get the love for cash people have in India

I came here for 2nd dose vaccination and its the safe and proper place for vaccination. The dose cost 750 rs and no online payment service available. So make sure u get the cash ready while visiting. Overall its a clean and nice place .

I went to the clinic with my mother for her vaccination..My mother has severe allergic issue so I enquired if any doctors are available for checkup before giving her vaccine.. But there was no doctor available + the receptionist was very ill mannered. She doesnt know how to attent the clients and talk politely.

My mom and dad had done the covid test on 12th of may and was suppose to get the report after 3 hours but even after 5days we didnt receive so i decided to go to the clinic and ask the reception lady took my slip and showed to the manager, to which manager responded to tell the guy (me)to go now will get later i asked for the reason that manager told me to follow him to his office and on reaching there he said the test was done on 14th i didnt agree to him and showed him the date on the slip and also told him that i was present when my mom and dad did the test but he said i dont know then, he also started shouting that even on this hard times i am working to which i respoded that i too am from a hospitality industry and i am a frontliner staff to which he responded go and work then why did u come here...Very rude behavious i beleive this is an owner based property because of which the manager was speaking like that. Never going back.....

Worst service the manager acts like he is donig a favour on us.The manager needs to be changed called cooperate office to complain but unfortunately i didnt remember the guy name.Go for Dr lal pathlabs its 100 times better

This clinic gives you an appointment at 1:30pm but the doctor always shows up hours late. Timings given inside the Clinic for the doctor is not correct. They dont have enough chairs for patients to sit. They have toilets outside which is disgusting and dirty. Dont ever go to this clinic if you value your time.Horrible service.

Third class service, After getting the full payment of 4 x ray they didnt give me the Radiologists report, only handed over the x ray plates. After that when I have asked for the radiologists report as its necessary for my operation n admission at hospital they dont give me it on time, they need 24 hours to give it. It should be given at the time of doing the x ray. And mostly the staffs behaviour mainly the girls at reception pathetic with the patient. Govt. Hospital staffs behaviour is far better than Apollo Clinic Siliguri ( girls in yellow sari )

Excessive price,rude behaviour, if you have to say something the manager comes in attitude as if he will beat you up there itself

Highest testing charges in whole of Siliguri. Most expensive diagnosis. Not at all recommended.

Decent, fast service and well mannered staff. Clean premises.Thats almost everything you need when you visit clinics.
