Very poor delivery and service they dont know the status of my oder. Very baad please choose another divevery couturier

Parcel despatched on 29apr17has not reached even on 08may17 from Delhi to Siliguri. On enquiring the Siliguri office I was told that there is no one to deliver and when he comes only then it will be sent even if it takes another 15 days. Its highly unprofessional approach from DTDC.
