Shilon resort is a nice place to stay and enjoy .rooms are spacious. Its restaurant is also nice.view is very good with apple orchids around it.the place is very very quiet.no noise.lots of flowers with a nice garden and a fire place.small disco is also there for families.there is some issues regarding its look now.as from outside the finishing of walls is in bad condition.needs some improvement

Pathetic service.... we stayed there for 3 nights and we were starving bcoz whatever we ordered, the staff said very politely that it wasnt available.... the rooms are good though.... the food is far much better in the nearby resort toshali....

Absolutely pathetic place.I went with my family last year and I was absolutely harassed.I paid advance of Rs 5000/- and confirmed booking but on arriving hotel staff said we have no booking at the resort, absolutely shocking.The staff really misbehaved and shouted at us.We were given filthy rooms and there was no room service.Neither telephones worked nor TV nor Geyser in the roomsPublic toilets are better maintained than there washrooms.More over there is no food variety in their food menu.Food is horrible, we fell sick after consuming food there.My sincere request to all travellers never visit this place, especially with your family.It was absolutely a torture.We immediately vacated the resort within 1 hour of arriving and our Rs 2500/- were forfeited.This hotel is not even 1 star rating also.There is no safety from animals as well in this resort.Our room was surrounded by so many monkeys and on informing the staff they did nothing to protect us.As a responsible citizen I shared my experience with all of you so that no one else suffers again.Thank you.
