Its nice, but infrastructure and peoples mentality are still Soviet.
An interesting place is an ancient temple, to which you have to climb the steps, but its worth it - a beautiful view of Sevan opens up from above. The weather changes all the time - it was in the evening at sunset, but it was quiet and surprisingly calm, although half an hour before there was rain and wind.
Amazing view of both the place itself and the monastery itself. If possible, it is better with a person who knows khachkars, there are very interesting ones.
Sevanavank, the Sevan monastery, was built in the 9th century on an island, now a peninsula, east of the city of Sevan. Due to its beauty and picturesque location it is one of the most visited tourist sites in Armenia.
Id like to come back here again
Cool, like all of Armenia.
Awesome!
A beautiful place of prayer
