A major real estate company now stagnating. They promoted East City near Bibinagar with over 25000 plots from 1980s. With no infra or industrial development, this area is stagnating. Many want to sell their plots but there are no buyers. One of those investments which has sunk with zero returns.Update December 2020: Other than accepting payments towards Maintenance and Security, the skeleton staff does nothing. There is no customer service, they are not at all helpful and I feel they are clueless. They hide behind a wall of anonymity. They say they will call back but never do. Quite tiresome. The staff at the site have just one answer - contact HO. Wow. And the HO never calls. Vicious circle. The HO looks more like a dead place. Update 4th Feb 2021. Paid maintenance charges till 31st Mar 2022 and obtained NOC/BPO + Layout Approval copies by email on request for house construction. Water - borewell has to be sunk. Electricity - Will be made available through usual process. Remember, nothing as promised in those colourful brochure and newsletters. One has to run around a lot and its begun for me.

Not keeping update of site III , high court case no.AS 26/2009. 23yrs still waiting

Worst company. Hires people fraudulently without compling with joining formalities like offer letter. Doesnt pay the salary on time. always keeps 1-2 months salary with them. Intentionally scolds employee like hell by using unparliamentary language and make them leave the organization and doesnt paythat 1-2 months salary kept with them.
