Collection very limited. There best model had high action. Not for experienced guitarists or professional guitarists or guitarists who are trying to push to their next level. Shopkeepers had no knowledge about guitars.

This is literally the worst place to buy an instrument from.1. They have 0 respect for the customer.2. They don’t bother accepting their blunders and errors from their side.3. They also continuously lie and cook up stories.I have been a long coming customer to this shop for about 4 years. I have bought a lot of expensive instruments and equipment from this particular shop over the years. One of them being a violin.I purchased a violin from their shop in the 2nd week of October, along with the violin I also got a Case, a bow and a used Rosin. I wish I was joking about the rosin but, that is what the standard of this shop is. At the time of purchase I had asked for the rosin to be replaced, only to have it replaced by another used rosin. I had bought the violin for a moderately high price of 13,000 INR also being the most expensive violin they had.In the 4th week of December one of the strap hooks on the violin case detached, I took the case to the shop on the 31st of December. With the violin blanket and the straps for the hooks.They said they could get it fixed.It had already been 6 days since I had given the case in for repair and hadn’t heard from them. So on the 7th of January I had called them up only to be told that my case is in a workshop and is getting repaired right now. This is when I had asked them give me estimate for repair before they begin working on my case. They had promised to give me an estimate before they repaired the case.( Also keep in mind I had purschased the violin for 13,000 INR and received a USED ROSIN, cheap quality case and also a bow with bad hair. )Another two days later, I get a call saying they were done with the repair. I was furious. I had asked them give me an estimate multiple times and they had failed to do the only thing a customer asked to have looked after other than the problem itself.The next day, I go the store to collect my case and they were nothing but arrogant and rude.They gave me case and after inspecting it I noticed that my violin blanket was missing. They said, I hadn’t given them the blanket. For a second I thought I could have been wrong. Took the case and went straight home and to my surprise I didn’t have the blanket.So, without any second thought I had called them up where AGAIN they were nothing but rude. They had rudely cut me off and said they didn’t have anything with them.This is why this shop and the people working there have lost my entire respect. I have bought a lot of expensive instruments other than the violin and was still treated bad.This is also why, this shop has lost a customer and hopefully this will change your mind if you’re planning to buy something from this shop.

These guys are absolute CHEATERS!!! They sold me a fake ltd which costed 50000 and a faulty amp which almost electrocuted me to death!!! Thats Rs 60000 gone down the drain!!! More than half a lakh!! Do not go to this store PERIOD. They will try to loot you in any way they can! Heck these guys dont even know how to change a string. I had to go there 3 times (and I live far away) as the nuts of the guitar (Floyd rose) were rusted and even the back screws were worn out. The guitar kept showing problems day after day. I strongly recommend you go to full volume as they are all professionals and have a complete idea on what they are doing. If you still chose to go to Khords or their other branches you will have your wallets emptied in buying faulty and fake products...
