A worst hp store i never seen before.they dont even allow to touch one of their display laptop,as Im willing to buy a laptop in hp so i went to this store even though its so far from my house,to check the laptops features and built quality and so and so, but in that store they are not allowing to even touch the laptop which iam willing to buy.they are saying that you cant hold or touch it until you confirm to buy from their store.i felt very sad and disappointed bcs i went to that store which is very far from my house and it is only one store near by us ,and went that far and i even didnt hold the laptop to see how it was as i seen it before in online pics but Im so desperate to check its performance in reality.but i didnt got that chance.HP is a good brand but iam disappointed at that store.

My hp laptop charger is not working.....trying to reach hp call center it is askiing for six digit extension followed by hash.......

We had purchased a new laptop from this store and are satisfied with the customer service. They have excellent technical knowledge and decent sales staff.

Worst Store atleast they wont pick the calls I Purchased laptop battery its in warranty period every day I used to call to this store atleast no response from the team, my battery got complete dead who will solve this issue.. I couldnt use the battery for an hour since all these months many times I raised the complaint by visiting the store as they told no stock in month of February so I went back as due to lockdown total got strucked..Again I was following up since a month but no response.. Totally Fedup with the Store

I went for collecting IPl ticket from hp which is supposed to be VIP ticket. But they gave me normal ticket for the rupees 1250/-. I could do argue with them but I was running out of time. Anyway regarding collection and price of pc I do not have any experience here.
