Worst diagnostic center I had ever seen..myself being a doctor know how much time it takes for preoperative investigations..we approached the person in-charge(natwarlal) in old alwal for my mothers surgery and he collected blood samples on 16 July and he was paid half of the amount in advance..he promised to give the reports in time on17th morning on the day of surgery.but next day there was delay in reports.we contacted him but he was least bothered to answer the calls and respond properly.due to his negligence my mother surgery got postponed.even the mistake was from his side he dint even have minimum courtesy or respect towards patients to apologize instead he speaks very rudely with us for the rest of the amount.we thought we would pay him the rest of the amount if he would feel bad for his and his center mistake..but today he came to our house and shouted and behaved so rudely with us.this type of behaviour from thyrocare staff will not be entertained.i sincerely request the thyrocare diagnostics to take action against him.
