I have buyed a product at croma, due to covid they not allowed me to check the product. after billing the product was defective when I asked for help Mahesh Yadav has ignored ous. they dont look for customer satisfaction after buying the product. till we buy the product they only they care for customer

This store in opposite to karkhana police station attached to hospital. It has various appliances from household to work related. U also get them at cut off prize (display items or slightly scratched ones) but in full working condition.

One of the worst customer service I have ever seen its been more than 24 hours that I have received the product and still the installation is not yet done I have been following up with the concerned team but no proper response I am customer with croma since a very long time but this is the worst experience I will never recommend or go with croma again I am going to return the product tomorrow

I never saw such store with unprofessional goondas. They misbehave with customers.mr Nagendra manager doesn’t know how to talk to a customer and behave like a rowdy.We purchased whirlpool refrigerator by paying about Rs 56000 from chroma vikrampuri stores secunderabad. It did not work for even one day.When complaint no one picks up the call and after our continuous Pestering some one say it takes 15 working days to look at your complaint and ask us to call whirlpool service Centre mr Venkateswar rao says we are not concerned go to store whom you paidAfter going to croma they did not respond for 5 days. Plz don’t buy from croma as their services are very very bad. Till you buy they speak very sweet Once you buy they never care don’t lift callsAnd they say managers are always on leave. Buyers should be caregul from such cheats and I lodged police complaint for misbehavior and filing a case with consumer court.

Worst worst worst experience ever!After looking at the reviews i thought it would be a good idea to buy a smart led tv at croma. I was wrong, we bought a 39.5 inch smart led tv we bought the tv we went home and all was good until 2 days later we never got the tv so we called them and we got the information that its out of stock literally out of stock. the seller isnt even ashamed to be a fraud he made another bill and said u bought the tv yestarday. We still didnt got the money if u wana go buy urselfs some stuff here id say NO dont waste ur money just go to a nice well known location and store. Dont waste ur time and money on this place. Worst experience ever! dont buy in croma!Edit: thank you I got my smart led tv now all setup thank u for the response.

Hmm this is basically what Ratnadeep is for food. You want electronics which are basic, go here. Usually offering good amount of discounts but in this world dominated by Amazon. I still prefer retail products.Bought myself a new beard and hair trimmer. Phillips 3000 series. Great buy.Highly recommend for window shopping as well. Love the gadgets they offer. But to a geek like me, they don’t offer much variety. I would enjoy some stuff like Razer, Corsair and more Seinheisser. Just my opinion.

Its my fav place to buy electronic items as it is ~2 km from my residence. From a television set, refrigerator to a tab, all items I had bought were of genuine quality. Service is very good. Ample parking space and a good variety for each item. Sadly, Robert Bosch brand is no longer available with them.

Worst experience, recently bought a laptop from croma and next day the battery issues started and battery was going down in 1hr and showed to some of my colleagues and they said its a default piece or default battery.And croma is responsible to refund the amount or give a replacement or credit note.But they are not doing anything just making us go to service center and Croma for the solution but nothing happened.From 8th September to 25sep I hardly used it for 3 times to observe the issue as they said and rest of the days its in service center and Croma .Its a very bad experience and no one is helping outPlease dont go for the electronic things in croma and later dont regret buying it.I expect I ll get my refund backI have already sent some 4-5 mails to customer support also no reply form them.
