Been here around 6 30 to query about a parcel around 20kgs to other state and they said they would be closing around 7 and try to bring them faster. We already had them in car, but they werent packed, so I requested the lady to wait till 7 and I took their number to call back. I called around 7 told to wait another 10 min. The lady was humble and waited for us and it took around 7 45 till closing their store and she waited around 45mins for us.I would really appreciate the lady at this store and the Dtdc , this i would call this a customer service and i was really happy and satisfied about it.
They charge money for speed post but do not send packages on time through speed post. They literally cheat people by doing this and stop answering calls when you ask them these questions. Very, very poor service, do not pay them for speed post of couriers.
Worst service.... charging more amount than other DTDC...bad behaviour...not being polite to customer...charging more amount..
Did not deliver on time as promised (express) and the receptionist lady was very rude and not responsive.
Online booking thru DTDC app costing ₹ 295/ weight 860 grams with pickup from my place. This agency demanded ₹ 400/- and refused to book at the rate g shown in app so we land up paying very high price.
Efficient and timely delivery of my parcel. Highly recommended.
Timely delivery
Very good service at the sainikpuri branch of this courier service. The helpful staff advised me and helped me pack 7 packages and despatched them in quick time. They even had time to give me a glass of water and get me a chair to relax while doing their work. All the packages were delivered within the promised schedule. Both staff members in the office were women. A salute to Women power !
