It was a very good experience. Customer friendly! There was a reception lady who saw me carrying the router and crossing the shop. She came out and asked the details and guided me properly. The issue was resolved very quickly in few minutes. Very efficient staff.

The executive here is very well behaved and talks very politely. Though it takes time for your replacement to arrive but the overall experience is pretty amazing and prompt.

I never had a bad experience in any service center except this Tp-link. He behavior was very rude and chewing ghutka that tooo at office hours. I dont know how service centers are maintained these days and he gave me an old router for the replacement as my router is not working on warranty.

My deco x60 failed within a month of purchase. Chinese stuff!! Gave it for replacement under warranty. Got a call back from service center after 2 weeks.

Currently waiting for the router to be replaced.. the tech engineer was very pleasant and didnt waste any time in getting around to the issue . Also gave me a pretty good explanation why the claim may be delayed . Overall 3 star for until they replace the product and once they have then will update it again to 5 .

Need to be more professional when speaking to customer.Was told power adapter is damaged and does not come under warranty. no bill given for it, but charged 100rs

I must mention that the staff at the TP Link service centre at Swapnalok Complex on SD Road Secbad are really very very helpful and extremely well mannered. It was a pleasure interacting with them at a time when nobody really cares what you are facing. Best wishes to them. Visited on 7.1.21 at 12.30 pm. Immediate response.

Replaced the faulty product with a refurbished product, service is good and fast, but there is no TP-LiNK service center sign board, got a little confused. Shop no.215, Maruthi Construction Office.

Not a very good office but service was good. They replaced my router with a new one without asking any questions. It was under warranty and I didnt even need to bring a receipt or original box. Overall great experience.

Worst Service! The exwcutives feel they are VIPs and are not in a position to answer properly.Though if the warranty is done, when asked for repair, they told to throw in dustbin.. I even told that I can pay but they are very arrogant!It is proven once again that Chinese company is least bothered about service and customers and are only here to make money!

The people are good and guided me the direction in reaching the center. Receiving is good. But one drawback is that we will not be getting ready replacement immediately for the faulty product whether it is a small or big. Overall good.

This is Official Service Centre for TP-Link Routers, in official TP-Link website also same address given.For precise location, after crossing swapnalok complex we will get Minerva complex. This shop is located inside Minerva complex ground floor with shop no 32 & 33.In this complex paid parking is available around the complex. After parking, entrance is from road side. After walking up the stairs, Shop will be on the right side in the same ground floor.Replacement is very fast. Just entered my detected router details in his system and given me reimbursed router, it depends on purchase date. If the router is a recent one you will get a new one.Thats it, thanks for reading patiently

I was initially hesitant to approach the service center owing to my previous experiences (with other service centers).However the guy who checked the router figured out the problem in a minute and replaced the router ! No questions asked !!! He gave a refurbished product as a replacement and explained the reason behind it.I didnt even carry the bill/the product packaging :)

Tp link wifi routers have 3 years warranty. If any problem occur with in first 1 year they will give immediate replacement with NEW one, and if problem occur in the 2nd and 3rd year of warranty then they will give you another refurbished product of same model.
