Better in pricing - 4 Starbut poor in service- 3 starThis Store is in the cellar and offers better prices.But service is poor - purchased a new laptop battery and they replaced the old battery by accepting a service charge. But they didnt even bother to clean the dust and repacked the parts again with dust. Claimed that they dont have a brush to clean. This is pathetic

I got fooled by the seller. The price in the official Lenovo site is 57K but he sold it to me at 65K. Also the technicians dont seem much educated. I faced a problem right on the day of purchasing the laptop, had to visit the store again. Again after a week I faced another issue. It has not even been a month since I bought the laptop. Please visit authorized stores only. I deeply regret wasting my money.

Worst experience with Swetha infotech, because of ramesh rude behaviour

Wonderful cheaters of India. Never pay in advance without seeing the product at CTC, like laptop; they will bill for i3 and will handover AMD laptops after paying money. Better to buy online because price will be same for all.

We were faced worst experience.... no one reponded and almost we were waited more than 2.30 hr ...

I occasionally purchase some products from Shwetha Infotech. Products are of good. quality. Mostly interact with a person named Ramesh.

Bought a PC(priced 50k) two days back(Thursday) and I should tell you they gave me the Best price. And, there Ends all their services. As you should be visiting again and again and again as the accompanying service center provided by the store has poor service.Why would you need to visit again & again, heres my personal experience with them:Id my PC installed incompletely and the service person asked me to do it at my Home as they dont have Internet Connection at their service station, which I agreed to do. Later when I was back at home trying to do the installation myself, Id a little problem for which I called the store for a little guidance and they asked me to visit the store, leaving me no choice expect visiting the store. I thought the problem must be bigger, so visited the store. This is my second visit(Friday) and to my surprise, the problem was solved in less than a minute. Had they spend just a minute of time on phone call, which they didnt, there should be no need in visiting the store second time.Today again(Sat), the PC was showing another error due to improper installation of a software done by them. So, I called them to connect me to the service center, but they, as usual in their own harsh tone replied back this - arey saar, service centre nai hota, yaha leke ayega & cut the phone..Totally disappointed with their Phone & Service center.note: The actual owners & the Guy with whom the sale was done, have been polite and respectful. However, they never come into play when You need the support over phone or after sales services... but its the people who does the after sale services and the other staff I was majorly disappointed with.

Good experience.. bought inspiron 5567 for such a low price including accessories. Nice way of dealing customer.. satisfied.
