I have made a big mistake in my life and I realized that after buying a laptop in the koncept shop at CTC. The worst kind of experience that i received from an executive com entire cheated team that I never met in my life. Its a bogus shop, especially never & ever believe an executive as attached in the below screenshot. Dont buy laptop or any other products from this shop.These guys are expert in bluffing and cheating executive will bluff you. He explain you so softly and give you something. After payment they show attitude. I am the victim for that as I bought Dell Vostro laptop from the same shop and they are doing literally fraud business. The laptop is not even running any apps, not supporting to open any thing, performance is too slow no one can except but I spent 47000 RS for this laptop in the Koncept shop but I realized that I was in a big loss now. Its an old model & worst laptop, which is not even supporting anything to do regular small activities too like not able to search or open any thing, its stocking for too long time and not even responding at all. They didnt even provided windows genuine version with product key, they installed piracy windows into my laptop even though i paid 47000 RS that is the maximum price for the laptop that i paid & bought from the koncept shop. he didnt even told me about the windows and other things that i mentioned over here before i am going to buy this product at the moment of explaining about the configuration and at the time of giving quotation, else i didnt even buy this product at least. I noticed them twice times & requested them to install genuine version as i am experiencing this worst kind of usage through laptop that i bought but they again installed piracy version, argued with me & my sister very rudely. They are not even bothering and not even responsible for our problem after buying the product. When we came to know after vising many shops in CTS about the same issues, many of them at CTC told us, he is the biggest cheated person in the koncept shop and many of the customer were experienced the same problems as like me.He is a bluff master and he will convince and cheats so professionally. Guys as others mentioned, executive is a bluff guy, dont ever buy anything from this shop. Running fraudulent business. He has a worst kind of attitude, never & ever believe his words. Dont even try to go this outlet. Never invest your valuable money and time over here.

One of the worst computer shop in entire ctc. Now a days ctc has become third grade second sale market. They sugar coat words in such a way that you got second hand pc for a cost of new pc. recently bought hp laptop for basic configuration. they gave me already used seems refurbished pc saying this is a new one. they cheated not only me but also few other people who dont recognize the difference between refurbished and new one. the pc i bought is keep on freezing atleast once in 3 hrs. when taken this concern to these bluff master they said we cant do anything. but they offered me to resale price which is 50 percent of original price for a one month old pc..so these people have become popular scammers in ctc. there is no concept in koncept. only concept they got is cheat people earn money as much as possible. so we need to stop these people. lets make it trend in all other social media platforms especially against ctc shops who loot people. this may not go viral instantly but people have to come forward and raise their voice against these scammers.

This shop is cheated me , I purchased a lenovo ideal pad 3 , first they are said 4gb ram (3200Mhz speed ) but they are installed 4gb ram (2400Mhz ), I was experienced worest service

While taking quotation he will convince us that his rate is lowest, after enquiring other places you will feel that his price is lowest. But when you go to buy it he will then play his cards and confuse you saying that was for HD laptop ,2500 U & 2 cell battery but for full HD ,3500 U , its 4K more and blaw blaw he will create a his own configurtation which will actually not exist and we believe him and pay more for the same model . Overall you might see a difference of 4k in quotation and actual price. I recommend even dont step in his outlet.

Running fraudulent business. Dont ever trust these guys. The executive will talk to you so nicely and will give u a huge discount that you cannot resist and make the mistake. I just went to get a quotation of dell 3578 laptop. In the beginning the price was 42k after i asked him discount directly from 42k he was willing to give me the same laptop in 28k.The thing is i have been into this market for so long and just to expose him i went to get a quotation. This dell 3578 lowest price that we can get is max 40k. And i confirmed from my colleagues who run business in chenoy trade centre their opinion was also the same. So be aware guys.As i am an insider of this market. At last its your decision to spend money and get a genuine product or a fraudulent one.
